I've passed by it many times. This time in my desperation, I got off the car and checked it out up-close. The place is big. You walk into the main dining area which is covered and open to the outdoor. They have an upstairs with a few tables, and 3 private lounge areas that can accommodate up to six people. The rooms are separated by partitions that can be opened to accommodate 20+ people. They have a good selection of food and drinks. The food is good. Growing up having two grandparents who are kapampangan and VERY great cooks, so when I say good, it might be an understatement. I've been to actual speakeasies in the US that survived Prohibition era and they don't quite have the same feel--for starters, the building is new, there are no secret doors or hidden basements, there isn't a password or secret code to get in or antique version of the menu, no history about how the place survived when it was illegal to sell and distribute alcohol. Despite not having the culture and history behind it, it is still a very good experience and would highly recommend for the drinks and ambiance.
