We couldn't use our upstairs kitchen sink. It was draining into my son's downstairs bathroom sink. It flooded over. It smelled terrible. It had happened a few times before, but the water always went down. The sink and bathtub were also draining very slow in the main upstairs bathroom. Willie called and asked if he could come a few minutes early and that wasn't a problem. He was great. He was very professional, but also very personable. He was smiling the whole time he was working. He resolved all of our issues in a very short amount of time. I was afraid it was going to be an all day affair. He explained everything to me. He cleaned up everything as well. That was not the case with the prior person who came when we 1st moved in. Plus, it was his birthday. I simply can't say enough good things about him and Clean Slate. I would highly recommend him if you are having any problems. I wouldn't have a problem with him coming to my home in the future if I wasn't able to be here. Thank you for a wonderful job.
