Walked in here to quickly exchange a children's hoodie for a larger size. I stroll in and the lineup is massive. Normally I would have decided to leave and come back another day but I was dropped off so had to stay. This would have really been bad had the store staff not been as organized as they were. The first greeter who was folding at the front asked what I was in for (just like in the prison movies) and I said a straight exchange. So she walked me to the middle of the store to find someone to help. The manager, I guess she was the manager, said thank you and reminded the first greeter that she needed to stay in the front of the store. Then she told me the names of two people at the back in the kids sections that could help me. One was really busy but a young man was eager and very helpful. We could not find the exact thing I wanted so I picked up another version and got i to the very long line. The long line moved rather quickly. Actually very quickly as they had the two people on cash and three helpers packing and preparing. Great teamwork! And as I was admiring the blazing processing speed, the gentleman came up to me and said he found a closer version to the original sweater and he was correct. That made me very happy. The store itself is nice. Well laid out plenty of parking, but what really makes it terrific is the amazing team of people that work there. Way to go and thank you! read more

Bujar was an excellent communicator and talked me through what could be done to not only repair my boots, but make them better than ever with years of life left in them! Bujar was able to not only resole my boots, but essentially rebuild them, with a brand new leather goodyear welt and leather midsole. After finalizing the decisions on the kinds of work that would be done, I purchased the services and shipped my boots over; upon reception, he finished my boots incredibly quickly and shipped them back only two days later.
