Hence, there is no option of handing over a USB drive, or sending an email, which Vester Kopi would then take care of printing for you. You bring your data, sit down on a computer and watch the printer print your stuff. This absence of service is unfortunately amplified by a presence of indifference for the customer. The workers at the counter will make little effort in helping you find the right printing option, but will only reluctantly comply with your request. Ultimately, this shop is very expensive - way too expensive for the bad service you receive. So if you have access to a printer at uni, work, a friend, wherever: do it there - avoid this ripoff.

Paper Collective is a small basement shop near many of Copenhagen's tourist sites in downtown…read more Looking for a gift for my wife, a friend and I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon after lunch. The shop itself is full of posters and cards with unique Danish designs. For example, a set of cards depict different faces and their emotions like happy, envy, etc. A set of posters include a quirky weiner dog and other animals doing interesting things. I ended up buying a poster for my wife for around $29. The woman at the shop carefully wrapped it and placed it in a tube to keep it safe on my journey home. She also wrote down a list of her favorite restaurants we should visit while in Copenhagen. So nice!

Poor customer service! I have ordered an art print and this…read morehas not been delivered to my address but actually to an UPS access point although I have paid 20€ to get deliver to my address. I have raised this to Paper Collective and the only thing that Morten from Paper Collective has asked me to do is " wait to be deliver at home and see if not ".. after one week, the UPS access point finally called me to advise that the parcel need to be collected otherwise this will be returned.. I went to collect the parcel and obviously when I wanted to follow up to get a refund of the delivery charge... no one can advise! To avoid at all cost!
