I'm not sure if it's the inferior product or the technician but within 24hrs I had 2 chips ...7 days into it I have 5 nails chipped in multiple places. My gel mani felt very rushed and was actually the worst mani ever with polish peeling off in a few days...They should just tell customers they can't be seen due to lack of staffing to properly provide service to clients! Just another average nail salon, both my kids had acrylics done and both weren't happy. I had a pedicure done and wasn't asked what kind I wanted. There was no above and beyond with the pedicure it was just average. The one towel she used was lukewarm. No callus removing and barely any lotion. read more

The young woman that did my pedicure was very rough and cut my toe with something. They are very quick and do not pay attention to detail. This place is only good if you are in a hurry or have a pedicure emergency. I also heard that someone got a fungus on their toenail from going here once. Read the Yelp reviews for the area (one of the most/well-reviewed nail salons on the island). Took my sisters (3 of us total) to get gel manicures as they had never tried it. The place was slammed for the holidays, but they squeezed us in. Even turned away a group while we were there. I emphasized not to rush, that we could wait during our manicures if appointments came in. The service was a bit rushed (again it was the Christmas holiday and tons of walk-ins/appointments) but they were super nice and manicures overall look great. I have had higher-end service as well as a better manicure in other places, but mostly in larger urban areas like Chicago, etc. You will be pleased if you try this place, but just don't compare it to a ritzy salon in California. For a $35 gel mani, it was great! Photo : Lines around the edges of my cuticles are fairly clean, but I would've liked her to get closer to the cuticle. read more

My teenager wanted to get her nails done on vacation. We found this salon on Yelp and are glad we did. They were quick to work us in and did the entire manicure as we wanted. UPDATED 12/2018: The last three times I have come in for a pedicure there was a wait but they tell you it won't be long at all. They never say directly how long the wait is or will say it's 10 minutes and 30 minutes later you are still waiting. I have also seen them not honor reservations and women who made reservations still had to wait like everyone else. read more

I should have just left, but I was hoping things would turn around. They ruined my nails when removing my gel manicure (previously done elsewhere). They used a heavy duty file and took off so much of my own nail that they were rendered tissue thin. I asked a few questions, but due to their inability or unwillingness to communicate with me left me unable to figure out just why the normal procedure to remove the gel wasn't working. Then I asked how they sanitize their products, and three of the staff members circled around me, became very aggressive and were actually yelling at me. I asked for my check, paid and left. The pedicure which was done first was at best a "C". My heals weren't smoothed down, the base coat didn't cover the entire nail, so the polish looks strange. It was just an awful experience. I would never send anyone there. When I went to a different salon to help figure out how to repair my finger nails moving forward, I mentioned what had happened. I'm 32 yrs old, a wife for almost 12 yrs and mother. I was born and raised in Southeast Ga. I have never been made feel less than by anyone and I'm a minority in all of my social groups. But in Saturday my sisters and I came into this establishment and I felt instantly like a "minority". The lady that did my pedicure didn't speak to me at all. She didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. She assumed that I wanted the basic pedicure. Mind you, I was out on a post quarantine spa day away from the kids...but this experience was the bottom of the barrel in terms of service. We were the only ones who's temperatures were taken and we also signed waivers...so a basic pedicure (no massage or towels) with gel polish (of course because I'm a boy mom) was $50. Idk what make her assume that I was there for the bare minimum but this is one of the most disheartening things that have EVER happened to me...would not recommend this salon at all read more
