I live in Canada and needed to send flowers for a funeral for a friend in Burgess Hill. When the ordering website would not work for me, the shop was kind enough to agree to alternate methods of payment. They were kind and understand. The shop communicated with me in a timely manner and despite the time difference we were able to do business together, and I really appreciated that. Most importantly, though, my friend's bereaved family really loved the flowers, said they were beautiful, and that's what mattered to me. The florist is located 2 minutes from the station on Keymer Parade. This makes it handy for that bunch of flowers on the way home from work etc. I've frequented this florist a number of times when I lived in Burgess Hill and always had a good experience. They have an extensive variety of blooms to choose from and also a number of potted plants and flowers. The price range of the varieties are quite broad ranging also, which is handy if you are on a budget. You can still walk out with a respectable bunch of flowers that haven't melted your credit card. The staff are also very helpful in suggesting a complimentary boquet/bunch and will do a good job in wrapping them and arranging your selection. They also cater for events such as weddings and i saw a pretty complicated number of table decorations being made up last time I was in the shop. I was very unhappy with the quality of the flowers you sent on my behalf to the funeral of my friend on the 4th April, they were not fresh and, certainly not worth the price I paid, I know it was rather a late request but I expected better!!
