My first yelp review. I felt like it was necessary for people to know how great their service was. I live about 2000 miles away and was sending flowers for a friend staying in Madrid. They kept in contact despite the differing time zones, the prices were great, and most importantly the flowers got there on time and looked lovely. Thank you guys. read more

COMPRA POR INTERNET ENGAÑO TOTAL No recomiendo para nada esta empresa. He recibido un ramo suyo comprado a través de internet. Lo que se ha comprado eran rosas y tulipanes. Lo recibido son lirios, azucenas y gladiolos (con un arreglo bastante dudoso, muy vulgar). Les he escrito pidiendo explicaciones y ésta se su respuesta: PERDONE PERO...LOS RAMOS SON MERAMENTE ORIENTATIVOS Y SE REALIZA EL ARREGLO LO MAS PARECIDO A LA FOTOGRAFIA PERO CON LA FLOR DISPONIBLE EN TIENDA, SOLO TENIAMOS ROSAS ROJAS Y EN EL ARREGLO NO ENCAJAN, LOS TULIPANES NO LOS HAY EN ESTA EPOCA SON DE PRIMAVERA. ESPERO QUE LO ENTIENDA, LAS FLORES NO SE FABRICAN, DEPENDEMOS DE LO QUE NOS DA LA NATURALEZA EN CADA ESTACION. No tengo claro que hoy en día no se puedan encontrar tulipanes en noviembre en Madrid, pero que no tenga rosas blancas en una tienda que se llama ROSAS DEL AGAVANZAL me parece increíble. Y si los tulipanes no se pueden encontrar en esta estación, creo que lo mínimo que pueden hacer es poner un comentario del tipo 'artículo no disponible' junto a la imagen del ramo. I have ordered flowers from Rosas del Agavanzal two times from the United States to have them delivered to a friend in Madrid. The first time, they were delivered on time and my friend said they were beautiful. The second time, my friend was not home so they called her and found out she was gone for one week. They made new flowers to be delivered to her and they emailed me in english to inform me of this. This is truly excellent service! I will be using Rosas del Agavanzal in the future. read more
