I can't even count how many times those carts just stop working in the middle of the store. It's one reason I avoid Walmart. However, yesterday when it broke down, I could not get the attention of ANY associate so I dialed the number I had for them. It happened to be the grocery pick up line. The young kid who answered had ZERO interest in helping me while I was sitting in the middle of an aisle blocking other shoppers. I asked him to transfer me to a manager who maybe could get me another cart. He said he couldn't. I asked his name. He said "I have to go". LUCKY for me a very nice man who was just a shopper like me went and found someone to get me a new cart. I really want management to look into whoever answered my call yesterday. He came up and started THROWING bottles back in my cart, ones that I had set aside because they had pop left in them, saying "you can't put this sh!t in my machines, you'll ruin them!" Mind you, there were like 4 bottles that I had set in the return slot vs. setting them on the floor that had about an inch of pop left in them, I had every intention of dumping them out. So I asked him, "where should I dump these?" because there is no sink to empty the bottles in and yesterday being the first time returning bottles at this location, I didn't know there wasn't a sink.. He rudely told me "out in the PARKING LOT", as if I was supposed to know..
