The last two times we have ordered delivery from this place they gave us severely burnt pizza. We usually order this for parties, but by the time we open it up it's too late to get the driver to take it back! Threw away nearly half of the three pizza's we ordered because no one wanted to eat it! Huge waste of money! For how expensive this place is per pizza they could at least make sure they are not delivering burnt pizza! We always tip our driver too! I don't know if they are doing this on purpose because they don't want to deliver to Hunt Club subdivision or they think they deserve more money in tips or what!?!? This place is disappointing. Ordered a bbq chicken and bacon pizza with extra bbq sauce. There is no bbq sauce on the pizza. Also received a free cheese pizza with the order and there isn't any sauce on that pizza. I've been ordering here for years. However, today will be the last time. There have been numerous times when they got my order wrong and if not major I shrug it off. However, today they literally sent the wrong pizza. We call and catch grief over their mistake and then they wanted their pizza back when the driver arrives. What the heck happened to this place?! If you want to have pizza with your family forget about it. We walked in on a weekend early afternoon and the music was blasting so loud you can't hear yourself think. F this, F that were most of the lyrics. Packed with a bunch of drunk people literally stumbling around and being vulgar . I guess it's our fault for not realizing it's more of a bar now. A small pizza took over an hour which seemed like 2 because despite originally wanting to dine in we wanted to get the hell out of there but couldn't escape till the pizza was done. This is definitely unlike any Rosati's we've ever been to. Sad because I thought though it's franchised they should at least have to uphold some kind of standards. We order from this Rosati's 2-3 times a month and the food is always great! We've never had any issues, the food is always hot and fresh. Never anything incorrect or missing with our order, always very great customer service when ordering over the phone, we enjoy our food everytime! With a nice location, great staff at front desk and helpful over the phone when taking my order. My only issue with this particular Rosati's is the "Pizza"! They truly need to revaluate the way they make a "Rosati's Pizza".. let me explain. From observing the pizza it looks delicious however once I take my first bite all I can taste is dough. Yes lots and lots of dough in the pizza, this is not a deep dish pizza but supposed to be a Chicago Tavern style pizza. Please all I ask is fix this problem and I'll return and recommend this place. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a pizza at 6:43, called at 7:52, they said it's out for delivery. At 8:19 still no pizza, so I canceled the order. They said sorry but it was like no big deal. They offered me nothing for my troubles, no care that I canceled. I had a house full of hunger kids and adults. I order from here all the time. I will never return to this location or order from this location again. I suggest staying far away from this one. I'm not the only one with issues, look at the other reviews and the low rating they have. I will be contacting corporate, the owner and making sure this goes on all social media platforms. I enjoy the food here alot! I don't usually get pizza however, I get sandwiches, the grilled chicken is bomb, the cheesburger is grilled over fire and if I do get a pizza, they definitely make it how I want it, without sauce! Always something wrong! Credit card machine down, no money in store to make change. You pick up your order and it wrong or someone else's. Delivery driver forgot something or will turn around in your driveway because they went the wrong way and run over your flower pots you were working on and try to leave. STOP ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! Now I've worked at pizza places and none of them have been this bad. If you dine in there are drain flies all over. On or near the tables and even behind the bar. When I lived in Elmwood Park Rosati's was really good. Unfortunately, the past two times was not so much. This time was our last... maybe we might try another location and owner. I know it's covid, I know there are supply chain issues, I am flexible. In this case the crust was really soggy, they put pineapple on all of the pizza, not 1/2, and it just did not taste fresh. The reviews for many Rosati's locations deterred us, but we've been fans of Rosati's for a long time and were very happy with the Orchard Road location. We usually order a thin crust pizza with just sausage. Rosati's pizza is consistently good. The cheese, sauce, and sausage are all done right. If you live in the area, you probably already regularly receive coupons direct mail or in those money mailers. One of the best things about Rosati's is the coupons! After you order a certain amount of pizzas, you get something like 1/2 off (or a free pizza, I don't remember). There's always a deal for free delivery and a 2-liter soda, or a free 12" cheese pizza with the purchase of an 18". We usually order more pizza than we really need, because who doesn't like leftovers? Most important, delivery was fast and friendly. read more

Used to be a fan, but not anymore. Rude management. We ordered a sausage calzone, but it unfortunately also contained mushrooms. I called Rosatis directly, but the manager told me he made calzone himself and it did not have mushrooms. He offered to make me a new one, but I did not want to drive all the way back for one calzone, making my family wait longer on dinner. They would not allow a credit for a future visit or a refund. I'm very upset at the way this location handled the situation, and I don't believe I will return, especially after being told I was basically a liar. I don't even care that they wouldn't offer a credit... I don't like being told I'm wrong when they made a mistake. Had my family not been crazy hungry, I would've gladly picked up a fresh calzone WITHOUT mushrooms, but the manager really upset me. Sharing my experience. read more

I've tried a lot of Rosati's all over Illinois. This is the BEST and I repeat the BEST franchised location ever. Since I've had bad experiences at other Rosati's I still decided to give them a try. Ordered a burger over the phone that was taking a while. I had to wait for the manager to cash me out. About 20 minutes later one of the staff members asked me, "you still haven't gotten your food yet?" to which I replied no. The manager came up front and told me burgers take 15 minutes. This place is simple and affordable. It's a nice standard hangout to grab a beer or something to eat. The food is very simple, pizza/pub food but good. The only thing I got here that was a disappointment was the gyros plate. The gyros is the boxed kind, not fresh kind and it was dry. They give you very little meat. Other than that, grab a pizza, a beer, some pasta and watch a game. I have to update this and explain why I took a star off my rating. They used to sell a build-your-own pasta for $9.99. The pasta was good but I always feel bad paying for a $0.49 pack of noodles and some simple tomato sauce. Now they hiked the price to $12.99, claiming "the portions are bigger". I don't need a bigger portion; what was there before was hard to finish. Again, this is a simple hangout. This Rosatis is the worst one I've been to customer service wise. I've been to the pub and had horrible service twice. I recently went in and ordered 2 beefs and cheese fries. Then proceeded to go to Walgreens and shop. Came back and the food wasn't done. I asked the girl behind the counter to please check on our food. Her response was it takes 10 minutes to make the beefs. It was clearly longer than 10 minutes from when I placed my order. Got home and the cheese sauce cup wasn't even half full. This is the first time I've ordered from this location. Unfortunately it was almost 45 minutes late (and that's after they pushed back the delivery time by 30 minutes). Then I was notified via grubhub that it was delivered when it was not. As I was on hold with grubhub who was trying to contact the restaurant, my food arrived. The delivery man was polite and order was overall correct. However, the pizza was colder than delivery pizza usually is, and my salad was missing ingredients. When I connected back with grubhub, they said they couldn't get ahold of anyone at the restaurant, so I told them nevermind as my food had just arrived. I don't normally complain or review restaurants, but Rosati's normally has good food and good service (when I've ordered it at work). We have ordered many pizzas for delivery and pick up over the years and we have been mostly happy with the quality but the pizza we got last night was by far the best we ever got. We ordered a large thin crust lightly baked mushrooms, green peppers and sausage for delivery and we all loved the pizza, it was quickly delivered hot and fresh to our home and was delicious and big enough for 4 to 5 people. My son liked his sausage pizza, killed it actually. He ordered a sausage double dough. He says 4 stars. I was disappointed in the Hawaiian pizza. The bbq sauce was tart and sour, tangy and didn't match the sweet flavor of the pizza. Imo, that bbq sauce overpowered that pizza. I pulled the toppings off a slice, the ham cubes and pineapple were just right. It was just the sauce. I really like ham cubed on a pizza too. I've had Rosaties from here to Gold Canyon Arizona.
