At Rosati's, the food isn't bad. It is actually quite good...That is not why I am giving this rating. The bad rating is based on the owners...The employees working there are very kind and respectful. But let me just say, don't be too hard on the employees when things go wrong. They are hard workers but are under a lot of pressure from the owners. They receive a great deal of mental abuse from them... This has led to many of their employees quitting! For those who don't quit, they are being fired for simple mistakes that should have been handled by explaining what they did wrong rather than screaming at them and overreacting. They have to hire and retrain new employees so often, therefore so many of the people working there are new at the job and still trying to get the hang of it. They are understaffed because the owners are way too cheap to hire more people and have their workers doing SO MANY jobs at once that they aren't even trained for! And then they get yelled at by the owners for making mistakes! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have also heard from a few former employees that I know and have met through friends that they make them pay out of pocket for little mistakes or things they didn't do by threatening to fire them if they don't (which is completely illegal!!), threaten to fire them for these little mistakes on a daily basis (to scare them) and call them degrading names mixed in with some super nice (sarcasm) swear words when a mistake is made. And these are only a few things that they do to their workers! I can't even imagine what else they do! This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and this is why I REFUSE TO GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE MY MONEY!!! Oh and it is pretty bad when you can hear the owners screaming at their employees in the dining area!!!! Very unprofessional! It is sad when a grown man yells at young girls like that! Somebody has little-man syndrome! To the owners...If you want your business to do better, I recommend when mistakes are made you take the time to be patient and stop and calmly explain what was done wrong and how to avoid it happening next time, rather than yell at them and have a little hissy-fit and walk off...I understand that it is stressful on busy nights but how are they supposed to know how to fix it otherwise (especially when they are new)...and with all the stress from being yelled at and the constant fear of losing their job, it makes it more likely for mistakes to be made...maybe this way you will keep employees working for you longer and have less problems. And hire more people and their will be less mistakes! People do better when they are trained for a specific job rather than getting thrown around job to job to fill peoples spots and yelling at them when they do something wrong or mess something up when that's not even what they were trained to know how to do! You need to get more organized and stop being so inconsistent! And If you don't respect and trust your employees and continue to treat them like crap, they will get fed up and go work for better employer! SNAGAJOB.COM ;) So please if you do decide to go there to eat or to order food, don't be too hard on the workers! If you could only see how they are treated, you would feel bad for them! Keep an eye out for the owners and see how they act towards their employees! Maybe if they know people are watching, they will get their S**t together and start treating their employees like fellow human beings. Not sure if they are still there (If they are I am amazed), but you guys seem to be doing a great job especially under your hostile working conditions! funny that rosatis opened today and got a bad review today. I find that odd for an establishment to be judged so harshly on service when it's EVERYONES first day. competition maybe? Anyhow, I came in for opening day and personally I was uber impressed. My husband and I went to check out the restaurant and eat some bomb pizza from back home, and that we did! First, the setup in rosatis is great! It's ambiant enough for a romantic date or to watch a sports game with the boys. Even if you and your lady love to catch a game, there's tvs EVERYWHERE! EVEN IN THE BATHROOMS. I'm not a big sports fan, but I'm from chicago...so let's not kid ourselves here...sounded just like home. we were greeted when we walked in and went to the counter to grab a menu and order our pizza to go :) we got a typical chicago "junk"pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, mushroom. Omfg delicious!! Also, we got some mozzarella sticks. So delicious! Everything was DEFINITELY the best on town of it's kind. Rosatis did not disappoint us in any way. In fact, we're so excited about the amazing eats that our relationship is even a bit better since we heard of the opening! Great food, great ambiance AND they deliver? I would be remiss if I didnt leave a review about the amazing staff and management of Rosatis in Temecula. I remember being a part of the Chicago Cubs World Series run in 2016. As a loyal and faithful Los Angeles Dodgers fan my entire life, it was easy to realize that at the end of the day, this is just a game. Therefore, I was theee only Dodgers fan proud enough to support my friends there. Yes, I am in the infamous panoramic picture that was taken just before the Cubbies won it all. Let's hope this restaurant dies a quick death. The service is SO VERY BAD, I am writing this review while I wait. The waitress must have a crush on the bald bartender because they have spent so much time chatting, I've had to interrupt them each time to order. Pricey, especially for the desert. I ordered a tiramisu while I wait for my pizza. It is about the size of my iphone screen and about as thin. Nothing to write home about. I would give this place 3 stars if the service wasn't so bad. If the placed was slammed it would be different, but there are only 3 tables occupied. Another patron at the table across from me is giving me the "I know, right?" look. This was the first time ordering Rosati's (ordered TO GO), unfortunately not sure I would recommend. I tried their thin crust pepperoni, simple pizza (thought I would play it safe). First, the great thing! The pepperoni is underneath the cheese and ONE pepperoni on the outside of the pizza, which I think is a pretty neat signature approach! Love the idea! However, I didn't get the essence of the pepperoni and my taste buds were tasting cheese more than pepperoni. The crust was a bit flaky and chewy (different texture), the cheese lost it's taste when it got warm and pizza was not edible (or worth the calories) after it got cold, which in my opinion, good pizza should still be pretty good cold. I am a big fan of Chicago style pizza. I have eaten my fair share so I feel qualified in saying that this place is just average. It is good, because Chicago style pizza is a wonder but I have had much better. Sometimes the pizza here is very good and then at other times it is lacking. The ingredients, sauce and cheese, are good quality but sometimes there is too much sauce and at time too little compared with the cheese. The crust is good. I have had the fried calamari here and I enjoyed it. I also have had the fried pickles and did not enjoy them. The restaurant is small so often is crowded but I usually have been seated rather quickly. Overall, not bad but not great. read more

if I could give a lower rating I would, don't even get me started on how horrible this place was. I've gotten so many people tell me to try it and so I did, WHEN I ARRIVED I was greeted with a snarky bitch who was extremsly ugly and disrespectful. When me and my friend were finally seated the servers repeatedly passed our table calling us slurs such as "pussy lips" and "dirt necks". It took over 30 minutes for us to even get our drinks and put in our order. I didn't realize that service animals are not allowed there in their establishment. California law states it's even illegal to ask if it's a service animal - and I do carry documentation with me. As we were never asked and dismissed both by our server AND the manager that we would have to go outside, we decided to leave. Why would anyone want to frequent such a dismissive establishment? Have been there multiple times before and was Never a problem. Just be aware you may have an embarrassing experience. There are plenty other pizza places to go to where you won't be embarrassed, just went there because it is close to home. NEVER AGAIN! Would drive to LA if need be. read more

I have owned restuarants all of my life and know the pains of opening day. All I can say is that you guys did awesome! The food is amazing, the staff is still learning but you can tell they love their jobs and will blossom as they get more experience. I usually wait to review a new restaurant until I have gone a couple of times and would never judge on one visit. However, I am happy to judge Rosati's on one visit. When I lived in Carol Stream, Illinois I would order quite often from the Rosati's in Hanover Park. It is my favorite thin crust. Last night Nov. 2nd, I decided to celebrate my birthday and stop by the Temecula Rosati's for a Chicago Hot Dog and an Italian Beef. To my dismay I waited more than 15 minutes and the beef I ordered with sweet peppers didn't come with any. Also, a real Chicago Dog has tomatoes and cucumbers. So lesson learned... if you want a good Beef and Hot Dog stick with Portillo's in Buena Park and Moreno Valley. I will still visit Rosati's for pizza. Go Blackhawks ! read more

Be careful ordering from this place if you are native Chicagoan. All Rosati's are not created equal. You will need to give lots of direction to have your expectations met. Placed a catering order and received Italian sausages without au jus, hot peppers, or bread. Was told they were not requested but any true Chicagoan knows an Italian beef or sausage always comes with au jus and bread. Had I been made aware it did include these staples I would've ordered something different. Instead my hungry guests were left staring at a tray of dry meat. Oh well lesson learned. read more

I think the place has great food, but the management/owners; I have less than nice things to say about them. I mean come on, how sad is it when the customers can hear them cussing and screaming at the employees. It is horrible that they are screaming at another human being like that, but then the customers have to hear it as well. In my book it shows bad taste and very low class. The bartenders were rude and, for the most part, they both ignored me. One finally took my food order but I never got the food. I couldn't complain to them because I could not get their attention. After 45 minutes, I complained and the manager apologized, which is great, but it doesn't change the fact that I got terrible service from these two lady bartenders, who seemed more intent on gabbing than providing me with service. Ordered pizza 10/22, 18" thin sausage and onion. Pizza was very good, cooked perfectly. They have the best sausage for pizza in the valley. Good service, nice people. Also, ordered meatball parm on garlic bread, with green peppers. Excellent sandwich, fries were hot and crispy. Wish they still had Chicago dogs.
