    Thin crust cheese
    Melinda S.

I tried Rosati's for a family birthday gathering. One of the people celebrating a birthday loves deep dish pizza and Chicago style Italian beef so this seemed like a good spot to try! We ordered two thin crusts pizzas (plain cheese and a white pizza with fresh tomatoes) and a deep dish sausage pizza. We also ordered an Italian beef sandwich and cut it up into small pieces so every one that wanted to could try some. The people here were super friendly; it is more of a takeout spot with a small dine in area, and they let us take up two tables pushed together so we could eat in with our party of 9. Pizzas were ordered in advance since the deep dish takes some time and ready shortly after we arrived. The thin crust pizzas were tasty. Nothing super unique, but good. Those of us that tried the deep dish enjoyed it. The sauce was tasty and herby and the crust was a great consistency. It was a little light on sausage, but I didn't personally mind because it wasn't too greasy. The Italian beef sandwich was also yummy. Overall, this is a solid spot and I'd definitely order the deep dish and the Italian beef here again. I also want to try their wings!

I entered on a random weeknight and the place was empty. I ordered 1 slice and it took 20 minutes. When I got it, it was cold and saturated in red sauce. The dough texture was different, similar to flatbread and dry. I wouldn't visit again.

Ordered the Chicago deep dish pizza for takeout. Thought it was good, but pretty average in comparison to its competitors.

Hands down best pizza I've had. Their dough is light and not heavy. The cheese and tomato sauce is so robust. I was practically full from 2 slices and portioned it out the next few days. Delivery service was quick and pizza still fresh and pure quality . I highly recommend their "double dough" pizza as well!!

I've actually been to Chicago and I prefer this pizza to the ones I've had up there! Rosati's originated in Chicago and you can tell. This is the best deep dish I've had, it does NOT taste like a reinvented bread bowl (: and I also don't normally like thin crust but it's just crunchy in chewy in all the right portions.

Visiting childhood friends that live 2 miles from Rosati's. Uber 30 minutes from Orlando getting hungry at 5pm. Called 2 other places that didn't deliver. So glad we found Rosati's. 2 18" pizza's and a dozen of buffalo wings. We got a white pizza that was excellent and a pepperoni pizza that was so flavorful. Wings were cooked perfectly and had great heat.... It was delivered on time... Highly recommend... Enjoy!!!

Best deep dish pizza in the Orlando area, I've been living on university Blvd for 3 years and had no idea this hidden gem was so close and so good! They give coupons with every order, 15% off your order if you order online, I have been back 2 times since then and the consistency is on point, give it a try for sure!! Very friendly staff and delicious food

Got the Italian beef and as a native Chicagoan I can attest they serve a delicious chicago style beef with peppers and dipped to perfection. Will go back!

This was my first deep dish pizza so I don't have anything to compare it too... that being said the sauce and cheese were my favorite parts, so yummy. The dough was a bit lackluster, I felt like it needed more flavor or maybe a crisp bottom. The zeppole were amazing, so light and puffy with a huge portion.

Some of the best pizza in town! Can't believe I looked over this place for so long. Stopped by after hurricane Ian because they were one of the only places in the area that was open and I was so glad I did because I found my go-to pizza spot. I could not get over that cheese. The flavor of their cheese is what I always look for in pizza. The toppings are all fresh and large cut pieces, and the thin crust was perfectly crispy. If you're a sausage fan, they use big chunks of fresh Italian sausage too. Definitely a huge step up from your average pizza chain, and can't wait to come back

This Chicagoan is so happy to have Rosati's!!! Need one to open in the Windermere Winter Garden area! Anytime I am near this location I just have to have some of the pizza I grew up eating. It never disappoints. Even the plain cheese makes my heart happy. This time we had a large plain cheese, a 14 inch half black olive half green olive, and one that had sausage, garlic and giardiner mmmmmm

A feast awaits, unfortunately, there is a loser in the mix

If you're going with someone, my recommendation is definitely to split a pizza and get the "Kale Me on My Cellphone" salad. The salad is honestly so good and loaded with toppings like artichokes, tomatoes, bacon, egg, and cheese. The green goddess dressing completely makes it super fresh, bright, and zingy. I even ended up dipping my pizza crust into the dressing because it was that good. This time we ordered the Gabagool, and I've had the Green Ranger in the past. Yes, their flavor was good, but I was mostly impressed with the perfect cook. Just the right amount of crispy outside, soft inside. These surprised me cos honestly, they're just fries, right? But these were very, very good. The Mediterranean salad was a pleasure to eat. Fresh ingredients, perfect ratio of ingredients to lettuce. Also, perfect amount of dressing that came on the side (I didn't ask for this, so I wonder if it's just automatic). I don't like salad swimming in dressing, and the amount they have lightly coated everything. Just how I like it. The veal parmigiana hero was also good, but I did find myself adding pepper, oregano and crushed red pepper flakes to it. The bread was hot and soft, and I also kinda wanted more meat on it. Oh, honorable mentions since I didn't take pictures of anyone else's food: 2 of my friends got small veggie calzones and another friend got eggplant parm with spaghetti. I like to take the focus off me by saying I have a procrastination demon because I can wait until the last minute to plan things . Unfortunately, I ran behind at work today and we had a 5:30 reservation for Bar Italia. I've only been there one other time and when I went, it was still fairly new to the area so it wasn't busy. Apparently the residents of Winter Park have now adopted this spot as their official happy hour headquarters because this place was PACKED. I messaged the staff ahead of time letting them know we were running late and asked if we could move our reservation, but unfortunately they told us there weren't any later reservations available. We still decided to drive there anyway since we'll take you without a reservation. Upon arrival, there were already several groups ahead of us asking about seating and everyone was being told the same thing: they were no longer taking reservations for the night and to try back again in 30 minutes. (I didn't expect to be accommodated because I know we were late so please don't take this as me complaining; I am just giving the complete run down.) Thankfully, I had a backup restaurant for us to try which was 1803 Pizza/Kitchen. I had read some reviews that were amazing and some that were kind of on the fence, but I figured we should just try it for ourselves. Surprisingly, there was only one other table dining inside when we arrived, but there were several people constantly coming in and out picking up to-go orders. It felt like a cozy family neighborhood restaurant, I really like that feeling. We ordered the house salad, fries, Margherita pizza, and chicken parmesan, which is made a little differently because the pasta is tossed in vodka sauce instead of marinara. The salad was simple but SO good; it's also enough to share. The balsamic really made the salad and everything tasted super fresh and crisp, which I appreciated. My fiancé doesn't eat onions so they accommodated us by using grape tomatoes instead of their normal tomato/onion blend which was really nice. I'm usually not a huge fan of ordering fries at restaurants because a lot of times they taste like they came straight from a freezer bag , but these honestly tasted like fresh fries and were so good! They also had some sort of seasoning on them that wasn't overly salty but added so much flavor. Our food came out quickly and both entrées were served at the same time. The pizza had the perfect amount of bite, although I do wish the center crust had been just a little firmer. Overall though, the flavor was great. The crust was airy and light, the sauce was delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed everything we ate. My only small pet peeve is that I don't think the pasta itself was freshly made, and that was one of the reasons I originally wanted to try the restaurant because I had read reviews saying they offered fresh pasta. But honestly, everything was still delicious regardless. We ended up getting dessert to-go, so I don't have a review for that just yet, but if it's anywhere near as good as the food was, I already know we're going to enjoy it too!

There is some parking around the area....as well as street parking close by. The restaurant inside is smaller but super quaint, with both seating inside and outside. I ordered the Pesto Arugula pizza that was recommended by our server. The pizza was sooo delicious... I loved the house-made pesto and the creamy burrata cheese. My friends ordered the Pizza Bianca and Pepperoni Pizza and they enjoyed their pies as well. 1803 Pizza also has a huge selection of signature desserts! We were all so stuffed from dinner that we ended up not trying any... but definitely will be back to try some in the near future. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit at 1803 Pizza Kitchen. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the service was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this pizza spot for anyone who is around the area looking for some good eats.
