We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

The first driver was alright, showed considerable concern, and calmed our employee down. He even offered to stay and wait 15 minutes before starting additional costs, --nice, sorry we didn't accept. Since the repair or service was expected to take longer the first driver provided a receipt card and was paid. The second driver, also from Continental Carriage arrived for the pick-up. This guy was all over the map! He was using a pda and texted our every move. He stated that he drove a stretch limo all night long, presented a Continental Carriage card with his name (Don) and personal cell number written on back, and then tried to book the limo. He became irate when given a credit card as my assistant explained that the first driver was provided with cash in the emergency. Then Don was fidgeting for a credit card machine, asking for personal information while working the pda, and almost side-swiped another car in an effort not to miss a freeway exit. Moreover, our fears continue as Continental Carriage appears to have "data-based" our company through Don's pda, and we're certainly not interested in being telemarketed or spammed for our needs. Stay away, this company is dangerous on many levels!!

Teri and Erin, our guides, were wonderful. The trip was seamless - they texted us the location to meet them, had day passes for our car, and then transported us to the intake location. They had water for us, and snacks during a mid-trip stop, and Teri took pictures the whole trip, so we didn't have to be concerned about bringing our phones or cameras on the trip.
