Our family signed a contract with Beth to sell 125 paintings from my deceased husband's collection…read more They were oil on canvas and were created by Toledo Artists all the way back to the early 1900's . Beth came to my house on Feb 26th to view these paintings. She said she would let us know when they were up for auction so we could watch the activity. She also told my daughter and me that we could remove any items we felt were not meeting a better price. The paintings were finally picked up in mid March. On 5 separate occasions I called Beth's office and spoke to her secretary to inquire about the auction date. The sec. said she would let Beth know. I heard nothing back. I also texted and called Beth numerous times. She never called or texted back. By now it was May 7th and I was getting frustrated. On May 12th I received an envelope from Beth Rose Auctions. I opened it and found a very small check inside. I texted Beth and said I've been texting and calling you. She finally called back and said the auction was over?? She had many excuses for not staying in touch and letting us know. She rudely blamed us for not knowing and then she blamed a co worker for not telling us and she also said she had a family tragedy and was stressed. This was a terrible experience for our family. Would not recommend.

They make huge errors in the description and then, will not admit their mistake, top[ping it off by bering rude and dismissive on the phone. Whoever heard of a thimble over 3" in diameter. Selling a broken piece of junk by misidentifying it and making it something special are the trademarks of a crook. Take your business elsewhere, this place is bad business, period.

Already a huge fan of their stuff. Live for the "Hey Headache" shower fizzy bar and the honey Epsom…read moresalts! Both work wonders for headaches and body aches. But I also want to give some love to their DIY counter! Making bath bombs is a go-to activity for my 12yo and her friends. The staff is always so awesome, they have so much fun, and for the price, get a big box of custom bombs! We've done this for a birthday party, but also just on a boring old Tuesday, and you can even book online.

This time, I purchased the body lotion, body mist, and body butter in the same scent. While the body mist and body butter lived up to the hype, the body lotion was a disappointment. It smelled like there was no fragrance added at all--more like an unscented lotion, even after applying it twice to clean skin. I called the store, and they told me any exchange would be up to the manager's discretion after they smelled the product to confirm whether it matched the Narcissist scent. Today, I stopped by on a whim while shopping for a gift and tested a new bottle of the Narcissist lotion in-store (something I wish I had done earlier). Unfortunately, it smelled the same--completely unscented. When I brought this up to a sales associate, my concern was dismissed. They simply stated they follow policy and added that "other people think the fragrance is too strong" in the lotion. Honestly, I was pretty taken aback by that response. Based on this experience, I won't be purchasing lotions from here again and will likely go back to Bath & Body Works. I tried to give them a chance, but left disappointed. Suggestion: It would really help if the store ensured better consistency in fragrance across batches--especially for signature scents--and trained staff to handle customer concerns with more openness rather than dismissiveness. Another option could be offering customers a small amount of the fragrance oil blend used in the scent, so they can mix it into products that may be under-scented. Even providing testers or encouraging customers to smell products before purchase could help prevent situations like this.
