The manager named Val is incredibly rude and does not know anything about conducting proper customer service. Her tone from the get go was annoyed and she literally offered no useful information when I spoke to her. I said absolutely nothing that could have warranted such terrible behavior and I was not rude whatsoever, yet from the START of the conversation, this lady acts like dealing with a customer is beneath her. I will be phoning corporate about this woman. What a joke.

But today, I felt an employee was lurking, watching me look through the racks and I was uncomfortable. A piece of clothing had fallen to the floor near me, that I don't think I dislodged. The employee came right up near me, and hung it back up. I apologized despite not being sure I had done it. They said nothing back me, just gave me a dirty look. At that point I put back the shirt I was planning to pay cash for, and walked away. I glanced over my shoulder and they had already snatched up the shirt and moved it back to what I guess was a better spot. I just smiled as the person glared.
