Worst experience I've had with eyebrow threading. I told the younger girl I didn't want my eyebrows too thin and that's exactly what she did. I kept telling her to stop taking off more and she kept insisting to take off. Now it's too thin, all i wanted was to give my thick eyebrows some shape. Second, she kept breaking the thread on my face bc of how aggressive she was going. Personally, that's never happened to me before. Then yelled at me for not hearing her, when i literally told her I can't hear through my right ear. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience for me personally. The older lady in the room was very nice tho and the place was clean. So i guess if you visit here, ask for the older lady to do your threading. read more

This place was recommended by a Facebook group that I'm in. I was driving way too far for eyebrow threading and this is so much closer to my home. My daughter tried her first a few weeks ago and said it was a great experience. I went today myself and got my brows and lip done. She did a fantastic job!! Do not go here if you've been growing out your brows and you care about the growth!! Walked in and rose was on her phone. She is careless and it shows. When she finally got off, I told her I like to keep my brows thick and I would just like to clean them up. She made the first one way thin against my wishes. Instead of an apology, she said there were gaps and so she took it out. ?! That would be because I'm growing them out and I did not ask for you to thin it out. Smdh! My other brow is thicker and she left a gap. That's cool... My sister asked her not to cut her brows too short because we like the fluffy look. And guess what? She did the opposite and cut them too short. As soon as we were finished. She got on her phone again without telling us the total. We read the prices on the wall and paid her accordingly. Omg I should've listened to the other reviews saying she made their eyebrows too thin. I told her to keep them thick and I just wanted a cleanup and took a chance on Christmas Eve. She took so much hair off my eyebrows and I told her I won't come back when she said next time I'll make it thicker. I want to cry. I've been trying to grow my brows for years and she just took it all away. She def makes the service painless and I was impressed by that but she needs to take an updated shaping class or something!!! I literally have eyebrows from the 2000's now. I looked up threading eyebrows & Rosie's threading came up as a suggestion. She had great reviews and was close by, so I went with her. I arrived. She was working on another client, however looked up and greeted me with a friendly hello. I waited for about it 5-10 mins. Once she was finished, I sat in her chair and asked her to give me an arched brow and it had been a while since I got my eyebrows done...YIKES! hehe She took on the challenge, did the first eyebrow showed me & I was supper impressed. She moved to the next eyebrow, did an amazing job! After She was finished she gave me a little assessment on my brows and told me about the thickness on each brow. I told her I would come back every two weeks bc she totally rocked. I usually really HATE threading bc it hurts like hell, but it's so precise and since it's been a month since I have gotten my eyebrows done, I wanted them to look stellar! She did just that! Beautiful thick eyebrows! I usually grow out my eyebrows out every month to let them get thick, and Rose shaped them nicely without removing too much hair. I asked for more straight eyebrows and in the end got rounded eyebrows. she told me that shape was better for my face shape. That's not what I asked for... I asked for her to trim them a little more, not shape just trim and she got upset at me. I left with rounded eyebrows when I asked for straight, and once in the car noticed they were uneven after putting my sunglasses on. One arch was higher than the other. I've come here 5-6 times and felt I was at the point that I didn't need to offer a lot of direction about my preferences. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. My advice is to clearly state what you do and DON'T want before she starts working on you. Otherwise I think it's a one size fits all approach here. That said, Rose is a good threader and she's a responsive business owner that is very available to her customers but you have to be CLEAR about what you want or you might leave with overly aggressive, short looking brows and a lot of extra threading on your face (unrelated to your brows) - which for some is perfect, but for me was not. read more
