Upon arrival,its located in a strip mall top floor. Plenty of parking with 2hour limit. I Yelped before I went and found them close to my hotel. Walk in welcome and greeted by Rose, the owner. I wrote my name and waited to be called. They have instructions upon entering and the place has plenty of seating. I did eyebrow and lips,and am happy. I really wanted this place to be my new go-to place for my eyebrow threading based from all the reviews I've read. I've been going to a place in Eaglerock for years but I wanted to try out a new place locally. The place was clean and organized. I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded. The threading skill was great, barely felt any pain; however, the shaping skill of the eyebrows was lacking. My partner also went with me and her eyebrows ended up uneven. read more

Worst experience I've had with eyebrow threading. I told the younger girl I didn't want my eyebrows too thin and that's exactly what she did. I kept telling her to stop taking off more and she kept insisting to take off. Now it's too thin, all i wanted was to give my thick eyebrows some shape. Second, she kept breaking the thread on my face bc of how aggressive she was going. Personally, that's never happened to me before. Then yelled at me for not hearing her, when i literally told her I can't hear through my right ear. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience for me personally. The older lady in the room was very nice tho and the place was clean. So i guess if you visit here, ask for the older lady to do your threading. read more

This place was recommended by a Facebook group that I'm in. I was driving way too far for eyebrow threading and this is so much closer to my home. My daughter tried her first a few weeks ago and said it was a great experience. I went today myself and got my brows and lip done. She did a fantastic job!! She's a bit of a perfectionist which works in the customers favor. She's also very sweet. Will definitely be coming here instead of wasting gas read more

Service was horrible they only had one person working. Also they let other people Cut in front of you "because they're older" I've never heard of such a thing. I was waiting for over 40 minutes just to get my eyebrows done. Not even worth it. read more

I was in the same shopping center getting my nails done and saw there's a threading place too. Rose is who a lot of the reviews recommended which I'll have to agree with. She was very sweet, and gentle. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain with her. My eyebrows look beautiful and her price is very fair. Thank you for a great service. This review is solely for the other girl. By the way, Rose is awesome! I already left a review for her. She's really good at what she does. Unfortunately, the other girl whom she works with is horrible. I actually just left the threading salon with several cuts on the threaded area. She's really rough and I would say careless at what she does. The previous review was accurate. The girl didn't even bother to sanitize her hands right after the other client before me nor wash her hands. Very unsanitary. She even put the string in her mouth. I highly recommend Rose but unfortunately, not the other girl. I will still come back for Rose though. read more

I'm just striking out on finding a new threading service. I went on Sunday to which only Rose was working. That's fine. I had the time. When it was my turn she kept going after the same sections multiple times. To the point where I now have little tiny scabs under my eyebrows and it stings even the day after. Never even got to get my eyebrows done, I was waiting for over 40 minutes and when it was about to be my turn, they let someone cut me just because the woman was older and it seemed as if they knew each other, it felt like favoritism. Do not go here if you've been growing out your brows and you care about the growth!! Walked in and rose was on her phone. She is careless and it shows. When she finally got off, I told her I like to keep my brows thick and I would just like to clean them up. She made the first one way thin against my wishes. Instead of an apology, she said there were gaps and so she took it out. ?! That would be because I'm growing them out and I did not ask for you to thin it out. Smdh! My other brow is thicker and she left a gap. That's cool... My sister asked her not to cut her brows too short because we like the fluffy look. And guess what? She did the opposite and cut them too short. As soon as we were finished. She got on her phone again without telling us the total. We read the prices on the wall and paid her accordingly. She did not say thank you or goodbye after she grabbed the cash. Her station is also not kept clean. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

Omg I should've listened to the other reviews saying she made their eyebrows too thin. I told her to keep them thick and I just wanted a cleanup and took a chance on Christmas Eve. She took so much hair off my eyebrows and I told her I won't come back when she said next time I'll make it thicker. I want to cry. I've been trying to grow my brows for years and she just took it all away. She def makes the service painless and I was impressed by that but she needs to take an updated shaping class or something!!! I literally have eyebrows from the 2000's now. My right eyebrow is a completely different shape and now just rounded on my face. Whereas my left still has a bit of the arch that I had on my original brows. I've always had naturally thick eyebrows, and I was very disappointed to leave with them noticeably thinned out--despite not asking for that. On top of that, the experience was unprofessional. The staff were speaking in another language, which felt rude and lacking in basic courtesy. What really bothered me most was that the person doing my brows Rose took a phone call in the middle of the service, touched her phone, and continued working on my face without sanitizing her hands. Rose continues to be the ONLY person to touch and thread my eyebrows! She's an amazing woman who works so hard and listens to exactly what her clients want. I'm so happy to share that Rose now has her own salon in the same plaza! I've been coming here to get my eyebrows done for over 2 years now and I've never had any issues, but this past time I got them done I'm not sure if the person was new but she took very long on my eyebrows, over 15 min and barely even touched them or trimmed them my eyebrows look basically the same as when I came in and I have very thick eyebrows. Im just upset because I do travel very far to get them done & I just dont think I will be returning. read more

I looked up threading eyebrows & Rosie's threading came up as a suggestion. She had great reviews and was close by, so I went with her. I arrived. She was working on another client, however looked up and greeted me with a friendly hello. I waited for about it 5-10 mins. Once she was finished, I sat in her chair and asked her to give me an arched brow and it had been a while since I got my eyebrows done...YIKES! hehe She took on the challenge, did the first eyebrow showed me & I was supper impressed. She moved to the next eyebrow, did an amazing job! After She was finished she gave me a little assessment on my brows and told me about the thickness on each brow. I told her I would come back every two weeks bc she totally rocked. I usually really HATE threading bc it hurts like hell, but it's so precise and since it's been a month since I have gotten my eyebrows done, I wanted them to look stellar! She did just that! She was literally sooo gentle with the thread and accurate, no pain what so ever, I'm in shook! I recommend coming here and getting your threading needs done! Also she accepts Venmo & cash. Beautiful thick eyebrows! I usually grow out my eyebrows out every month to let them get thick, and Rose shaped them nicely without removing too much hair. I asked for more straight eyebrows and in the end got rounded eyebrows. she told me that shape was better for my face shape. That's not what I asked for... I asked for her to trim them a little more, not shape just trim and she got upset at me. I left with rounded eyebrows when I asked for straight, and once in the car noticed they were uneven after putting my sunglasses on. One arch was higher than the other. Wish I got her name but I don't think it was Rose. read more

I've come here 5-6 times and felt I was at the point that I didn't need to offer a lot of direction about my preferences. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. My advice is to clearly state what you do and DON'T want before she starts working on you. Otherwise I think it's a one size fits all approach here. That said, Rose is a good threader and she's a responsive business owner that is very available to her customers but you have to be CLEAR about what you want or you might leave with overly aggressive, short looking brows and a lot of extra threading on your face (unrelated to your brows) - which for some is perfect, but for me was not. read more

There's parking in a private parking lot, as well as a nice waiting area to lounge until you're called. There's a kiosk available for sign-in, and the space has actually been newly reorganized so that check-in is at the entrance. Love that! As for the lasering. This is my first time ever doing laser, and it seems different technicians give different time frames. At first, I was told to give it about 4-6 sessions, and then other techs started saying 6-8 as I was nearing my 6th. Maybe they all have different ideas or training, but it felt a bit uneasy at first, and I wondered if they'd keep moving the number as I continued treatment. I saw major results after the very first session. It took a second, and at first I thought it couldn't have worked, until 3 weeks in, I just so happened to realize my girly girl was almost fully bald! Haha, I didn't even realize! Then of course, some started growing back in, but that was an awesome result for a first session. Now that I've done my 6th session, I can say that it's pretty great and thorough, but I do have 2 stubborn spots. The annoying thing is that they have you shave before you come in, so you can't accurately show them the exact stubborn spot. I do wish they'd let me come in as-is and shave THERE after they located the stubborn spots, since I am basically spot treating now. They do have the time for it, as your booked window is 15 minutes, and the treatment part isn't even 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice, and people are clean. FYI, they will not do the inner part if you're on your cycle. This happened for my first session. I waxed before, and every wax technician allowed a tampon. Since lasering is less hands-on, and gloves are used, I assumed I'd be good to go with a tampon. But nope! She only did the top part, which I believe is why the inner area is more stubborn, because technically I got 5 treatments for that part, unlike the other parts. There are patchy spots on the top part too, so I know that's not the sole reason some parts still need treatment, but still. Just be mindful of your cycle when booking! I'll be back for my 7th session in about a week. Hopefully I don't need monthly sessions after this one. We'll see! It's definitely great value when using classpass, so no complaints there from me!

This review is long overdue…read more I have been going to RA Organic Spa for over 20 years. I have visited other resorts and spas, but I'm always grateful that I found RA and can keep coming back. The feeling of comfort and serenity is abundant the moment you walk in. They greet you by name when you arrive and again when you leave. The lobby is small but very welcoming. They offer plenty of products for purchase, but they never hard-sell you. When you check in, there is a small waiting area where you can sit with hot tea, water, and small snacks while you wait. Please make sure to turn off your cell phone--this is a quiet zone, so whispering or no talking is encouraged. The dim lighting really makes you feel like you've stepped into another world. There is also another waiting area in the back if you need to change into a robe for your service. There is actually a lot of space back there to relax while waiting. The treatment rooms themselves are warm and comfortable, and each room has a closet for your personal items. In the back area, they also have changing spaces and lockers. There are two changing areas, along with a room that has chairs specifically for foot and neck massages. I highly, highly, highly recommend the foot massage. They take it to the next level because they start with your neck and arms before moving to the foot massage. I dare you to try not to fall asleep by the time they're done. I have seen the spa when they are busy and when they are slow, and I have never seen it dirty or unkempt. The level of cleanliness and the standards maintained by the staff have always been excellent. I've never had trouble booking an appointment. I've also given gift certificates to family members and friends, and three people I know now go there regularly because of those gifts. Their prices are by far some of the best in the industry. You simply cannot find a facial at the price they offer at RA. I've looked, and I can't find anything comparable. If you want a facial, I highly highly recommend Maria. She has truly turned back time on my skin with the facials she gives me. She listens to your needs and walks you through the products she uses to make sure they match what your skin needs and what you're looking for. She genuinely cares. Under new management, they have recently added online booking through their website, which is wonderful. I'm looking forward to another great 20 years going to RA--ugh, I just aged myself! A few additional notes: they do have a sauna, bathrooms, and one bathroom includes a shower. Parking can be a little tricky. There is structure parking and street parking, but the street parking is timed. I do have a great parking spot that I like to use... but I can't tell you where it is. It's my secret spot. Sorry!
