The owner helped me and she was so knowledgable and sweet. She taught me the meaning of some flowers and how the color intensity of certain flowers can have different meanings when assorted into a bouquet. I let them know my budget, chose my assortment, wrap color, and ribbon type for a date. And the date went really well, and she really loved her bouquet. We even have another date coming up. I would highly recommend this place! Support small businesses! Especially for the guys getting flowers for their date, don't get her something from a grocery store - be more thoughtful, it will make your date feel extra special. If you don't know how, the people here will definitely take care of you.

I purchased roses for my wife and the roses started to die on day four. We are now on day five and a dozen have died. I provided fresh water and trimmed every two days just like I do for Costco flowers that last two weeks. So disappointed in my purchase for my wife's birthday that im am totally embarrassed. I will never purchase from them again. Several hundreds of dollars wasted on mulch. Do not buy from here.

I was recently searching for a flower shop for my uncle's funeral service in Orange County. Mind you I'm from out of town. I called several places, and just didn't get a good vibe. Not until I found Rose Flowers. They communicated very well, they took the time to listen to what we were looking for exactly, and they delivered. Not only did they physically deliver the flowers, but they also delivered on what my expectations were. In fact, they exceeded our expectations. The 3 flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and so full. They did not skimp on quality. 10/10 I highly recommend and would use them again should need arise. They were also reasonably priced. They weren't crazy expensive nor were they questionably cheap. The price was just perfect.

Came here to buy some roses for my girlfriend's birthday today and the lady (who I assume was the owner) was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my budget and needs. I told her I needed $40 worth of red and white roses and she asked if I wanted it gift wrapped to which I said yes. She had her associate bundle up the roses and wrap it all up with some pastel pink paper which made it look nice & pretty. The girlfriend was very pleased and happy with it when I gave it to her. I definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a budget friendly but also high quality florist shop in the Anaheim/Garden Grove/Santa Ana area!

I had only seen this place when driving by- their funeral pieces always caught my eye. Unfortunately the occasion arose, and I remembered this place. I was looking for a sympathy basket/wide vase and found just that. Nelly gave me some suggestions and I placed my order then and there. The prices were reasonable as well! The flowers came out absolutely beautiful and were exactly what I asked for. You can really tell they care about their work and their customers. Jashua was the one who helped me throughout the process and he was incredibly sweet, responsive, and a great communicator from start to finish. I ordered the $267 deluxe Enduring Faith stand from Rose Flowers for a funeral, to be delivered the next day for the viewing. It was never delivered. Instead, the shop sent a much smaller basket of flowers days later--after the funeral--without ever contacting me. They chose to deal directly with the grieving family (who didn't know what we paid), which felt completely inappropriate and dishonest. When I called, Nelly the owner, admitted it was their mistake but initially only offered a $50 refund. After pushing for a full refund, they said they would only do so if they could take back the flowers from the family, which is incredibly unprofessional and puts the family in an uncomfortable position. She tried to guilt us by saying that we were arguing about money, and this is something we shouldn't care about for someone who just passed away, which was incredibly insensitive as we are dealing with the loss ourselves. Very disappointing experience, especially for something as important as a funeral. I would not recommend, the resolution process lacked professionalism and accountability. read more

When you need to have flowers sent same day, because what goddess doesn't deserve flowers to start her birthday week, give this place a call! From the beginning, Nellie was extremely helpful with my order. She clarified what was in my bouquet order & that it would be delivered before end of day. She also helped me choose some extras to make the arrangement pop, BALLOONS! (no pun intended) She is also very knowledgeable of the area, so getting your flowers delivered on time is guaranteed! Nelly really know her roses she was able to help me pick the right roses for my bouquets. They did an amazing job that some of the people asked me where I got them. I wish I had taken a picture to show you how beautiful they looked even others were complimented on how they looked. Came in for a last second custom-made corsage & boutonniere, and they were willing to do it. They were extremely nice, they were even willing to do it even though i brought my own flowers! The value was worth it, the service was quick and easy. I always come here whenever I need a bouquet and they are always super affordable! I went shopping around for my wedding flowers and Nelly was the most loving flower lady I met. She listened to all the details and ideas that I had in mind. There were times where I was confused and just not sure what I want. She was very patient in trying to making small samples so I could visualize it. 2 weeks before my wedding I came to her and she still very welcoming and accomodating to all my needs. She made the best wedding bouquet for me and God I loved it so much. If you go to her, not only will you find beautiful flowers, but a sweet and caring attitude as well. read more

I spoke with Amber - I hope I'm getting her name right because she was so pleasant and courteous. I described the photo I found. She pulled it up. I described a few small changes I wanted to make and Amber obliged. The total price was very reasonable and well within the amount I wanted to spend, even after adding a small balloon bouquet. The day of delivery, I received a photo of the final product and another photo of the delivery at the dorm door, and another follow up text that it was accepted at the door. This momma's heart was put at ease. My kiddo even send me a photo several days later to say Look how big this lilly is!! Thank you, Drea's Flowers for making this day very special.

LOOK NO FURTHER CAUSE WOW! Honestly, absolutely, completely just wow! If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would! My husband and I got married over the weekend, and we were in a complete bind for our bouquet and boutonnière (as you may know, planning a wedding can be a lot)! We needed the bouquet and boutonnière the next day (less than 24 hours). We shopped at least 3 different flower shops before we found this shop and might I say my expectations were exceeded, blown out of the water even! Nelly helped us as soon as we walked in. She was SO INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PASSIONATE about the flowers in her shop. She listened to all of our ideas and even gave us more ideas and options according to our vision and just made just feel so heard, and safe, and comfortable! AT OTHER SHOPS, we were quoted outrageous amounts, talked down to and not listened to, and basically were told that we'd have to pay an outrageous amount for what would "most likely be subpar." Service was fast and all the employees are really nice and amazing, they came up to me and helped me pick out some flowers and offered free writing cards and other services.
