I was really concerned when I read all the negative reviews about Rose Haven Nursing Home. My dad spent a month here and was discharged today. He was treated well, got the care he needed, and returned to his home without incident. The nursing staff kept me updated on his progress and details about discharge. The staff are dedicated to patient care, and I appreciate all they did for my dad. read more

Avoid at all costs!! This place is very run down and they do not take the health of their patients seriously. My mom got Covid for her one weekend there and now I have it. Not only do they not follow safety protocols, the facilities are in disrepair, including plumbing and broken hospital beds. If you care about a loved one, DO NOT let them step in the front door. They deserve zero stars, but that's not an option. read more

Worst nursing home/assisted living I have ever been too. There are visible signs of elder abuse and neglect. Along with terrible treatment of staff members. Staff leave doors open while performing resident care, leaving them exposed to anyone who may walk by, which was myself. I literally watched a staff member called a 92 year old resident a hussy and then didn't wipe her during a brief change. Staff are all childish and only look out for themselves. My step-dad was placed in Rosehaven to rehab from an leg amputation. Medicare pays for 100 days of care at a Skilled Nursing Facilities. Rosehaven milked the 100 days of pay and provided as little service as possible. We have experienced this with many skilled nursing facilities. I would not recommend Rosehaven at all. read more
