My divorce attorney in 2007 did not handle the case appropriately or fairly for my children and myself; my youngest who is severely and permanently disabled. Jason is a very direct and right to the point attorney who will help his clients because he cares. His personality is tough and he wants to make sure he represents his clients and the families the best he can. That is what an attorney is supposed to do by the way. Zealously represent their clients. Unfortunately there are many who do not which can and will cause disastrous, permanent results that will negatively impact the rest of your life, as well as your children. If your case isn't handled properly the FIRST time, good luck trying to fix it in the future which is exactly where I am at. If you want an attorney who is tough and gets the job done, you need to give Jason a call. Women - if you are going through domestic violence, there aren't very many attorneys in Stark County who will even discuss that subject with you or take it seriously. The decisions you make in hiring an attorney will affect the rest of your life. Almost any attorney will take your money. But will they get the best results for you? After having gone through 3 attorneys in family law in my attempts to undo the damage caused by their failures to address the concerns I had over a decade ago, as well as the current ones, I wish I had met Jason first.

The other review written by Devon P sounds very similar to the way O'Byrne behaved representing my friend. O'Byrne claims that his client was lying to him and that he was not behaving appropriately in court. Therefore, his client was to sit and wait until he was ready to deal with him. He then motioned to the court to push back the pretrial hearing without the consent of the client. The client learned after the motion was done and over with. Until today, O'Byrne has not visited his client nor called him to go over the case. It has been six weeks. Finally O'Byrne gets in touch and says he can sit in jail for all I care and he is not taking the case to trial. When court is taking place in about 2 weeks or less. So now it is a process of finding a new lawyer and getting money return all before the next hearing. If Mr. O'Byrne would have let his client know long before today, there wouldn't be such a rush and scrambling. More time wasted and more money going down the drain. Mr. O'Byrne is not an attorney for someone against a DA. He is more focused on doing as little work as possible that he can get away with. He also appears to be more aligned with the court judges and district attorney's than with the client that he is representing.

He was able to get my open and shut case for OVI with breathalyzer evidence reduced down to a physical control. Mr. Coleridge will also go to bat for you no matter the situation, his office is a judgement free innocent until proven guilty atmosphere. He is understanding that people make mistakes but also knows that shouldn't define who you are. To him you're someone who had a bad judgement call and has a right to the constitutional judicial system in every aspect. Hopefully his services will be a 1 time experience but if not in the future he is the only attorney I want representing me. There is no one better to put your trust in.

On 9/16/21, I filled out confidential paper work at a healthcare providers office (follow up to my injury) that indicated Ms Pitinii (as well as another lawyer) had severely neglected to do their jobs (previously, I had been leaving paperwork blank-or the staff at was filling in the answers with whatever they felt like entering into their computer) on 9/24 (1 week later) Ms. Pitinii (who was aware I had no income) as well as was made aware by not just me, but my ex husband that the environment in my situation, incredibly unsafe, yet she decided to take it upon herself to "legally retaliate" against me for writing down THE TRUTH on my (not so) confidential paperwork at the healthcare providers office. This is why many people have little to no faith left in the justice system, let alone humanity. Ms. Pitinii deserves to be disbarred after her gross misconduct and abuse of power.

The most unprofessional unorganized business I have ever seen. You get what you pay for. Facts: My…read morefile was lost in the stacks and stacks of files when I arrived for my last meeting. They searched for almost a half an hour and still couldn't find it. My paperwork was not properly filed and if I would have not done the legwork myself running paperwork to the courthouse last minute, I would have had to start my case from the very begininng with a new lawyer due to deadlines. Phone calls were never returned. Upon telling Mr Golub that I didn't feel confident with his work after he failed to file paperwork and blamed it on my bank after his secretary previously confirmed she had the paperwork, and lost my file, he became very uncomposed to say the least and told me to get out of his office. He yelled within inches of my face, spit flying, pointing his finger in my face. Telling me to come back when I feel more confident. He slammed his door and told me I could just sit there all day, that he wasn't helping me. He told me I was the worst client he has ever had. When he finally helped me, he became angry that I read what I was signing and slammed down the papers crumpling them up. Mr Golub also made several comments about my appearance and said we obviously have very different standards. When I asked to have information to complete courses he told me I couldn't take them yet because he owed them money. This was on two different occasions, months apart. Would never recommend him to anyone. It's not worth the extra couple hundred of dollars you save to be constantly stressed and worried that your case is not being handled properly. The case was taken care of on time. But I had to constantly follow up with them, and as previously stated, the final piece of Information the courts needed to settle my case would not have been in their hands if I had not taken it to them. He had the paperwork in his possession for 2 months. At this point I cannot say for sure that he did it on purpose. But I would not be surprised based on the way I was treated and the fact that my phone calls were never returned after the day he yelled at me. Wish I could give this less than 1 star.
