(I have a chronic heart condition that causes pain and can change without notice real fast to a bad situation) I called my cardiologist in lacrosse and she said go into the ER immediately. I walked in to the ER around 9:00 am and explained what was going on. The receptionist looked at me like I was stupid and repeated what I said. Then asked if I was still having a hard time, I said yes and then I said that I was told I need an EKG and an Echo to make sure my heart is okay. She said your heart doctor said that? And I said yes, I was born with this condition and need to make sure it's okay. I got emitted and the nurse (and a student who was learning) asked me to change into a gown, and waited in the room, while I change. No curtain. Nothing. Honestly it might have been because I was having a hard time breathing but, at the time I was uncomfortable. But, what made me really push over the edge and causes me to hate going to this hospital is the nurse thought I was taking too long and unhooked my bra. I didn't ask her to, she just did. (I have a lot of Trama when it comes to sexual assault) the whole appointment I was out of it and only remember the part where I got sent out after a quick EKG, them telling them that since I'm not pregnant that an Echo isn't needed and that I need to schedule and appointment with them and then them telling me that I was wrong about having a heart murmur (Can confirm that I still have a heart murmur). I haven't gone since and usually accompany friends if they go because having my health disregarded so fast was horrible and made me cry in the parking lot for 10 minutes after leaving the ER and I will never have one of my friends feel that alone like I I debated for weeks if I should call HR, my friends were telling me to as this shouldn't happen to someone who could have reacted more negatively to it. When I called HR, the lady was very nice and immediately was shocked by the unhooking of the bra. Honestly talked about how she would figure out who it was and look at some training for the staff so that this would not happen again. This HR woman truly is the only reason why they are getting a 3 star.

Don't be late to your appointment or they will not budge on rescheduling your appointment. It…read moredoesn't matter if you had to stop to go to the bathroom or even if they scheduled you last minute and definitely they make YOU wait 20 minutes for your appointment. I have also seen a girl in her 20's beg to get an appointment and they didnt give her an appointment until she started crying.

Had trouble remembering how everything fit together and the drops are sluggish at best, so I called Thuli. The wonderful lady I talked to demurred a bit due to the age of the table (almost 40 years) but promised to look into the archives. Today she delivered with an old manual for my table and other useful tips. 10 stars ( out of 5) for customer service. What a better world this would be if all customer service was delivered at this level. I hope to retire in the next year or so, and intend to buy another Thuli I can use at home. Thanks for such amazing care of a client from 40 years ago!
