Janice was very friendly and thorough durning my initial visit and showed me several things to do at home to cure the pesky little pain in my foot. Since I was buying the packaged insoles at various other stores, I opted to go with the custom made pair. It hit me like a ton of bricks that my feet were different, so why have the same orthotic for both! Today, 02-06-2023, I went in early to my appointment to pick up my orthotics to discuss shoes. Mark assited me and was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a pair of Altra's. He made sure my size was correct by putting me in a half size bigger stating that the Altra tends to run smaller. Once I had the shoes, Janice put in the orthotics and a very noticeable improvement was found! I'm hoping to be to be top notch for the upcoming Europe trip knowing I'll be walking aLOT!! I live quite a ways from Boise, but I'll make it a point to come here for my shoe needs in the future. Very happy to have found a place with great and helpful people!

I was originally referred to a different company who worked with me and then told me cost of service. They stated it would be almost 6500 dollars. I explained j could not afford that and asked them if they had payment options. Just to be clear, it was not worth it. I went to Coyote and within the first day I had already caste my leg and was told about payment options. The staff is phenomenal and they truly care for you. I was a patient of this clinic for nearly 1 year. I had around 35 appointments. I was charged 27 THOUSAND DOLLARS. The staff was kind and professional. The issues arose when a fake accident claim was filed with my auto insurance by an imaging provider. Northwest denied involvement yet the provider produced proof they had sent the wrong billing info. The attorney started reviewing the billing with the office and called to advise I consider seeking treatment elsewhere - I told her I would start researching but wasn't ready to make a change. I had about 6 future appts so started searching for another provider and in the meantime attended my next appointment. The usual front desk person was not there and a very aggressively postured young man came up from the back and started barking at me asking me who I was, and what I wanted. I provided my name and he said "you don't have ANY appointments HERE". I asked his name and position - "Ben, Director of Operations"...later he added he was part owner. I was puzzled and asked why....his viewpoint was "my attorney had cancelled all appointments". He then ignored me and went back to his office. Be very cautious if a law firm steers you here, the kindest thing I can say is it appears to be operating suspiciously.

We had already been to two other places in town to purchase eye glasses from and walked out. Maybe it's because of our age, we just expect better customer service and as we've experienced lately, it's just not there anymore. The front desk greeting was fair to Midland. It felt like they were bothered that we showed up. We were told to look around at all of the frames and someone would be with us shortly. As we perused the displays, they really don't list the prices on their frames, just code numbers. We finally found a couple of frames and then we were greeted by their sales representative. Then here comes the craziness. To get all of the additional options for your eyeglasses, my cost was $990 for one single pair of glasses. Insurance did its job in getting me these glasses for free, but seriously folks, $990 for glasses? I bought a no nonsense pair of frames. They weren't even a famous brand name I recognized and they were $320. That just crazy, it's just plastic. Well, we were finally done. Now the bad news. It's going to take them 3 weeks to get my glasses made and sent to the store. That's way too long. Everywhere I've ever shopped in the past for eyewear has only taken them about 1 week to turnaround and get them back to me. 3 weeks is way too long to wait for eye glasses in my humble opinion. I'm on the fence here. This was our third stop for eye glasses. We almost walked here too, but we caved in and just wanted the madness to stop. We just wanted eyeglasses, nothing more, nothing less. I really can't recommend this facility. I wasn't really impressed at all with their service team or their selection of eyewear. They only seemed to carry overpriced name brand frames. And don't think you are going to find something really splashy or something trendy with a lot of color here. This was all middle of the road boring frames. Just because we get older doesn't mean we don't appreciate style and color. Parking was easy, this shop is in a medical building on the first floor. Get your wallet out, this place is very expensive if you don't have great insurance coverage!
