I was very disappointed and upset with the arrangement Roses are Red sent to my friend. It really…read moredid not look like a $99 bouquet. I understand identical flowers to those illustrated on the website can't always be used but I did not feel that what was sent(photo 1) was comparable at all to what I believed I was purchasing from the website(photo 2). This bouquet was supposed to be a special surprise for my friend celebrating a special event that I couldn't attend. I just feel upset and embarrassed at what she received. When I raised my concerns with Roses are Red, they seemed more focussed on the flowers lasting 7 days than on how they looked, value for money, and how I felt as the customer, instead they insisted on justifying and defending themselves rather than showing any level of understanding for my disappointment and why that was. They said that they could not replicate the bouquet on the website as the flowers were not in season(Hydrangeas and Sunflowers) then when I challenged this with evidence that they were in season, they made excuses as to why they would not use them. After pressure from me they offered me a $30 refund. I would never recommend this company.

I love the sunflowers here so I'm always a little biased when searching for the perfect bouquet here! They also have a great wall of teddies, chocolates and gifts to add to the bouquet of your choice- this place is a smash on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, with empty shelves outside by the afternoon. There are some nice orchids here aswell which I haven't yet found the right occasion for, but they're gorgeous to look at. The ladies here are very nice and really good at their jobs, it's always a happy experience interacting with them. The last time I was here I bought a bouquet for a colleague and wanted it couriered- the whole process took all of two minutes. I wrote in a cute card of my choice, gave my colleague's details and it was set. A smooth operation and her flowers were delivered within the hour! Service at it's finest.

Beautiful water garden that I stumbled across by accident online and correctly knew that I had to…read morevisit in person with the family. The photos do not do it justice- it was so much more beautiful seeing it in real life. Had such a great day just being with nature and soaking up the summer sun with good company. An amazing, huge circular garden with a maze of walking paths on the forest floor, ground, mud, grass leading to different points of interest marked by letters of the alphabet, at different levels and heights. Had a good time admiring the various sculptures within the gardens from life size to small garden ornaments. At Wrights, they specialise in aquatics as well as ground-bound plants- there were several big ponds with waterlilies frequented by thin dragonflies, saw their eel pond but had trouble finding their colony of turtles. They had a cool wooden boardwalk-type over the ponds that we had quite some fun with. Tall, small, colorful and vibrantly bright flowers around everywhere amongst the green bushes, grass, shrubery and trees. Lots of ups, downs, curved pathways into mini forests, next to fields and around the Mauku Waterfall and stream the gardens were built around. A surprise temple and neat wedding venue field as well. A lovely gift shop with a huge range of Chinese porcelain vases, as well as tinkling windchimes, souvenir jewellery and other knick knacks. They also have a cafe that we were unable to visit this time around but noticed their small collection of drinks and snacks if you don't bring your own just before entering the gardens. Stopped by the garden nursery just before we left as well to see the plants thriving in their individual water crates as well as lots of different types of fish for sale. A beautiful spot to visit for anyone of any age- highly recommend it
