The salespeople are very kind and they aren't horrible vultures. I get it, some places reward that behavior and those sales people have to do their job.. but this is a wonderful small family owned place and I'd shop here before going anywhere else ever again. The associate seem very confused as he was trying hard to sell me printer paper, then a membership to something. I told him no thank you. That I just wanted my item and to recycle some old ink cartridges. He told me I needed to purchase $50.00 in order to cycle cartridges to which I reminded him that I had just spent $60.00.
