I had like 2 hoodies and a thin sweater upon moving here from Miami. So, thankfully this place has great sales since I'm a broke college student. Not the highest fashion, but it's cheap, they have great sales & it will keep me warm. I quickly learned clothing up here is about function not fashion. They called every store in the Midwest and nobody had it, so I ended up buying a similar jacket. I just saw that the one I wanted was in stock online, so I brought the jacket and receipt back to the store. They exchanged it and ordered the new one to my apartment, no questions asked. These guys were incredibly helpful and I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received.

They are never called to help checkout, they must feel it's more important stocking shelves and straightening shelves rather than actually make a sale and profit. I'm not the only one who refuses to stand in a line 20 deep to buy a couple of items, Many people do as I do and just leave my cart or basket and walk out the store.
