This is a large location. It is well stocked and the isles are easy to navigate. The one thing I will say about this location is that it is very popular. Meaning, it can and often does get very crowded. This is not necessarily bad, but it is just something to keep in mind as you may spend more time waiting in line than you may expect. This Ross is attached to a very large parking lot, so parking is never a problem. The parking spaces nearest to the entrance are a bit smaller than those in the more removed reaches of the parking lot. Plus, the outer spots are much easier to get in and out of. I love this Ross location. You will have a lot of selections. However, I just want to share my experiences with one of the register/associate 852168 I heard her name is Vanessa. She was scanning my purchases and one of my pants didn't have a price tag, instead of ask me if there is the same pants that have price tag on it, no she grabbed a dress double the price of what I'm getting. So I checked my receipts and there was nothing in the description that I got that kind of clothes so I went back in line to dispute it, in addition to that she didn't even take out the anti theft alarm. So please always be mindful when your purchases are being scanned because mostly stores do this kind of ridiculous scam to people. read more

I accompanied my sister to go Ross at Sepulveda branch, and she bought 3 shorts. , she was excited to try the 3 short at homes but lo and behold, one is missing its only two shorts, so she immediately called the store and advised just bringing the receipt per store manager. So the next day the manager will examine on the camera what happened they insist the sale lady put all together in one bag. So how it happened hocus focus why the charged the two well infact its only two shorts. They are persistent, but stills we fight for it even less expensively, but it's a principle. This review is for the security that was working in Ross on 3/28/24, in the afternoon around 1200 - 1 pm. Literally the most jolly person I've ever been greeted by at the door. She was so kind! She greeted everyone this way that entered and also said goodbye to every single person that exited. Everyone walked in with a smile on their face after she greeted them. YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017: 89/100 I must have had tunnel vision because I (used to) workout a lot next door and NEVER really noticed (or cared, maybe?) that Ross is right next door! If my Mom hadn't mention it, I still wouldn't come into realization this store exists at this location! Dropped by because we happen to be around the area and she wanted to kill a little bit of time. PLUS it's Tuesday, which means: senior citizen discount day! (Thanks, Mom!) I've had my share of visiting many Ross stores but this seemed slightly bigger than the ones I frequent. It is also pretty clean and organized. Most of the ones I go to have clutter here and there, but not here. I had no intentions of buying anything but ended up walking out with a pair of shoes and a twin-pack of pillows because of their bargain prices. Okay - time for a review... This Ross has spoiled me with shoes and added a whole lot of fashionable brand names (and I'm NOT a brand whore - I just like nice things and the more inexpensive, the better) to my closet. And my shoe game is tight, y'all! When I feel like going through my closet I will post pictures of my great finds at this Ross, in particular. I am standing in a pair of Michael Kors booties I will pass up because I need no more black booties, though I love them. (See the comparison pictures.) Sure - you don't get a box and you have to try them on with an alarm, but who cares when you pay 70 bucks for a 200 dolla shoe!?!? Besides, I put all of my shoes in clear containers for quick closet shopping... My fave is when you get a clearance... discounts are sexy to me! And I have a talented shoe guy (at the Carson South Bay Pavillion Shoe Wiz) who can fix any blemish a shoe may have. He calls them "characteristics". Ha! Do you love it? I love it! I got it at Ross! I understand that the fitting room attendant has to check items before I try them on. I understand non-clothing items have to wait outside the dressing room while I try clothes on. What I don't understand is why when I say, "I'll set this pair of shoes here for a minute then" while I go try on clothes isn't acceptable. The woman with heavy eye makeup guarding the fitting room heard me say this to her as I set the shoes I wanted on a shelf outside the fitting room. But when I came back out (literally 5 minutes later) she had moved them to the restock area. How rude! I heard her say the words "store policy" about 7 times. No, she was just trying to be smart. I asked why she moved my item, but nobody else's who had their carts, etc setting in the same spot and she said it was "store policy" that I couldn't set shoes down for a minute while I tried on clothes. Please. I'm sure there's a policy about not bringing in extra items to the dressing room (even shoes maybe) but her moving my shoes after I said I planned on buying them was her being passive aggressive. And I told her that her action was why I wasn't buying any of the items, then I left. And she yelled after me that I didn't have to be rude. Please. This is a HUGE Ross. I love Ross like no other and this one was a big one/... but my sole purpose was to find some gym clothes and their active wear was nonexistent. I couldn't find any running gear and such. I did see other clothes - dresses and such but you need to be in the mood to look for that kind of stuff. Not sure why people feel the need to create ruckous about a new store being built when it's a CHAIN it's not special. It's Ross it's one of those types of stores where you look at something and if you don't like it you slingshot it across the store. Most of the Rosses are the same, they look like Downtown Beirut (some comedian said that and it's sadly true). I'm not sure if all the hype was about being part of the "cool crowd" who is one of the first people to buy something from there. You get to go the first day, pick something out that you don't need, stand and wait in a line that's wrapped around the store when you could have easily drove to a less busy Ross to get the item and on the way decide you didn't really need it. You're better off at Marshalls or TJs anyways but do it up in PV or the one on Hawthorne by the Galleria Mall. read more

I had to stop shopping there because I was going to snap on her. Also, I don't know who Ross is buying clothes from, but a lot of the clothes are ugly, especially the dresses. Ross certainly does not seem to pride itself with customer service but you kind of expect that going into the store to begin with. What I don't understand is how the store is always so messy! There's a mismatch with this item and a mismatch with that item and if something you find isn't in your size, good luck getting help to find your size! okay enough of my complaining... sometimes you will be surprised at the deals you find here. luggage and shoes are a steal and will sometimes justify the headache that accompany a shopping trip to Ross. I was contacted by Customer service to fix this situation I was put in. They explained their policy and what I am able to do next time I am treated this way. They really went above and beyond to fix this situation and make sure it never happens again. I am looking forward to see the change in the store because I was really treated unfairly and do not want this to happen to anyone else.
