Customer service was horrible. Seriously, I was behind a lady and we waited an extremely long time to be checked out. I kid you not, like 6 people were at the counters including the manager. We had to wait until the cashier put hangers on all the clothes before helping us. The manager was talking to another worker and never acknowledged us. I had to ask if someone was going to help us check out. Not cool! This was during lunch time so it was not a lot of people in the store. Ross always has valuable items. Every once in a while after you go to different chain businesses you always find the one bastard child that stands out from them all. I found Ross's today. The parking lot and strip center look new but once you step inside you think you stepped into a fire sale. Inventory: There were many shelves that were empty via the pictures that I have uploaded. I don't know what happened but I figured Marshall's that is next door is kicking it's competitor's butt. You'd think that a lot of stuff flew off of the shelves and landed on the confines of Marshall's. Isles: Messy, cluttered and eye sore items strewn about and the hour that I was in the store I did not notice not one employee gathering anything from the floor in an attempt in any of the departments to find the home of any items that used to be in their proper place. Service: Not needing any help but you will also rarely find anybody asking if you need anything but get up front and that is where you wished they all were. There was a line about 15 people deep and whoever was in charge at that time did not seem to care if the line would have backed up to the back of the store. Whoever said that money can't buy happiness, simply didn't know where to go shopping. When I have a bad day and need to buy me something to make myself feel better, I go to Ross. I'll be happy after I pay, and won't be sad when I check my Balance. I do believe I'm shopping for less! It gets the 4 stars because good trumps the bad. Always in my book, that's just my rule in life. There is things I completely dislike about the store. A) the lines sometimes can be ridiculous. I already deal with that at Wal-Mart and I can get everything there. B) Oh, you want me to do your Job for you and remove the hangers while I am standing in the hellish of a long line. C) I know they are young kids at the registers, but they are in charge, right? Don't let customers argue about who is next in line. Let them be assertive and say how they want the lines to run smoothly when it comes to both returns and regular purchases. D) The racks are chaotic. They are, you must have all the time in the world to go through it. Okay, so me personally I have more time than money. I make it a trip with a girlfriend and we go through it ALL. E) Restrooms. Blah. My kids just better hold it or pee themselves, I'm shopping. I give myself a budget before I go in, because this place has trendy, cheap clothes, which is why you pay less. I love it. If you want good quality name brand clothes, Ross has it too. You have to scrimmage through the racks and I am pretty sure your going to pay higher prices even at Ross than if you had bought it at the department store on their sale racks. I typically have not gone into a Ross location that wows me. The racks to me are pretty close together limiting passing space for customers. I thought there was a system for checking out, but it really was not from what I could see. Customers were asked to remove their clothes from the hangers to make checking out faster and easier. I have never heard that request given in clothing stores that I shop in. I did end up finding three pieces at a very reasonable price (that's what sometimes keeps me coming back to a Ross). Basically, come with patience and ready for a scavenger hunt. You will lick up and find some nice pieces. read more

This place is so horrible, even rats wouldn't take a dump on their floors. Like Eddie said you couldn't find anything on the shelves, but what does this place have to begin with? The attitudes of the employees here are horrible, its as if they were competing against Wal-Mart next door. A girl happened to bring her puppy inside the store, but the puppy was placed in her over sized bag. A Texas sized employee came over and told her that dogs were not allowed in the store at all. But bratty children, swinging on fixtures, tearing down clothes and devouring unappetizing snacks were permitted. The clothes in this store was not something you wanted to touch with a ten foot pole. Negative vibe from the staff. Especially the fitting room some man named Alvin made it obvious he did not want to be there and went on a ramble about putting clothes on the hanger when I'm done as if it's my first time at a clothing store. Just give me my fitting room check so I can go. Has the easiest job in the store yet he's acting as if he was forced to do it. Do better with the hiring Ross. Shopping carts all over the place and security doesn't even greet you when you come in. Laziest way to make $9 an hour. read more

24 people in line today. All registers were not open. On a Saturday!!! They had no Ross bags. Jewelry dept has nothing but dregs...and on the off chance you see a ring or watch you might want to purchase you have to go get in the line behind 24 people instead of having the otherwise unoccupied keyholder to ring up the purchase. The store is dirty, messy, understocked, unorganized, and poorly managed. Close it down. read more

what is the point of changing your location if it's not going to be better than the one you moved from?!! yeah it looks nice on the outside but the inside looks like a tornado came by and took everything off the shelves very unorganized. this place needs to be saved by someone who knows how to run a business!! read more
