However, I've run into a significant issue: my electrical recliner is not functioning at all. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I will have to wait a full two weeks before a technician can come to examine the chair and determine what's wrong with it. They refused to disassemble the sofa to fit it inside the house. We even told them what the sales lady told us about how it was disassembled. They refused delivery and we had to contact Bob's to get a refund. Its been about a week and we have not gotten a refund. I called the store and the manager refused to speak to me about it. Avoid this store. Go to Ashley's or somewhere else. They may sell a product but they can't actually deliver on their promises.
