I wouldn't have bothered but it belonged to a friend that died in a fishing accident the year prior and I wanted it to be pristine and continue to use it in his memory. I called regarding repair and they said "yes, send it in". I sent it, No acknowledgement, no text, no email, no idea if they even received it. I follow up. Two weeks later, "Yes we got it". (Not without the "customer service" blaming me for sending it right BEFORE trout season! I told him, actually the reel failed at the END of trout season on the North Island of New Zealand. Six weeks passed. Nothing, no call, no text, no email. I follow up. Called "customer service". "Yes we have it, no "we haven't gotten to it yet, but you are on the top of the bench, and we will get it out by early next week". Two weeks later, no text, no call, no email, no parcel carrier tracking number. I call, no answer. I leave a message. "Do you have a tracking number for me"? Two days later, no phone call, no text, no email. Please know, I was over the top kind , courteous and respectful from my first interaction to my last. At this point I will not be buying another Ross or Abel. If they didn't want the job, they should have not offered the service.

They offer many great selections and options to choose from. We went with real wood blinds and they are beautiful and super functional. So much more merchandise, full-on groceries, produce and meat, etc. The inventory in all areas (in addition to newly added sections) has grown considerably with many new items and updated display fixtures throughout the store. Even the in-house Starbucks got a facelift. It's more spacious with lot's of indoor seating alongside new windows. This is just another example of how much Montrose has grown over the past couple of years. All good for our economy and the job market (so long as they hire more employees). On any given day there have only been 2 to 3 max checkers and the lines can get super long! Last time I was there you still couldn't use the self-checkout, but perhaps that's changed. Anyway, I'm just happy to finally have a Super Target in town.

Employees were also given work phones while being paid unlivable wages, and the attendance point system felt heavily restrictive and unfairly enforced, creating constant pressure and instability. Communication from management was poor, with unclear expectations and little follow-through. Coaches were frequently rude or dismissive, and there was little to no recognition or appreciation for hard work, even when employees consistently went above and beyond. Concerns raised by staff were often ignored or minimized, including serious interpersonal issues between coworkers, which were not handled appropriately. Overall, the environment reflected poor working conditions, low accountability, and little support for employees. I do not support this company based on my experience working here and neither should you. Shop at Kroger.

I take the vitamins, use the lip balms, hair brushes, socks, purchase my elderberry zinc lozenges - which I basically pop like candy during these times, girls gotta keep that immune system thriving! vegan cookies, candies, tea - I mean I can go on and on. This store has everything I adore. They really have a ton of great items you'd need for all aspects of your healthy living life and extremely high standards for every product sold here. While, sure you may not be able to get every last item you need here that's zero issue for me.
