The service was verbally polite, but the vibe was bitter (hopefully not due to the election outcome). The selection of products is good for the size of the store and the value is okay depending on what you buy. You get great value buying their high quality perfumes and colognes (Armani, Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Marc Jacobs, etc.) while clothing items and shoes are a hit or miss. If you're looking for something quick to wear, give it a shot. If you're looking for perfume or cologne (smell good, high quality gifts, etc.) then this is a good location. read more

Uninspired,clutter everywhere,hit or miss clerks. The security has always been pleasant though. They seem to also be a greeter for the store. FYI the location is cleaner than the Airport location. It is what it is.I admit occasionally I like to pop in and see what I can find in the home goods department or see if I can find a few good dog toys but I have little to no patience for the clothing section.With the exception the few men's racks we raid for my teenage son.He seems to always find a cool t shirt or two.Last time he found a pretty cool Pink Floyd 1/4 cut sleeves,classic-retro "baseball cut". He was stoked.I can dig on the gym clothes section for my myself when I am feeling spicy. Neat furniture pieces here and there,ancient candy to gift your secret Santa you hate.. A solid Ross, complete with messy racks to search through and horrid fluorescent lighting- they're a bit Nazi-like about the fitting room too, but definitely try on before you buy because there is zero consistency with brand sizing and I often find Juniors brands/items in the Misses and vice-versa. I've found a lot of treasures here over the years, but typically I have better luck at the Marshalls around the corner- worth a stop though, particularly if you have time to kill. If you don't, prepare to leave frustrated. read more

This Ross does have more stuff than others, however the store was a mess and I couldn't find anyone to help me. Also I went to use the restroom and from the seat protected being empty with tape holding it together, and the toilet paper dispenser had no cover. I just wonder what do the managers do here at this store!! Everything was everywhere and when I did find something I like that I thought was my size the hanger was wrong and it was a large very disappointing. Let me start off by saying that I love Ross. I really do. I know it means dealing with a nightmarish hoard of bargain shoppers, and clothes that have been pulled from racks and thrown on the floor. My issue with this place isn't even about that (since I've come to accept that that is standard for Ross haha). The problem here is the employees. The dressing room attendants are always in the foulest moods... I had one last time who didn't say a SINGLE word to me. I am not even exaggerating. I'm sorry that you hate counting how many garments I'm taking in, and sorry that I come back multiple times in the same visit. That's what a store is for, last time I checked. Also, they have a checkout lane for returns but everytime I've gotten in it, I've been told I have to get in the regular lane. Why have it seperate if you're just going to make people get out of it? She didn't say a word to me and as I was putting my clothes on the rack so she could count them she grabbed them from me and smirked. Worst customer service ever...I went to the counter to pay and the tall African American lady at the front ignored me and talked to Co workers and never told me she had scanned the item or the price. I waited while she had fun with her Co workers....she finally says "hello..u can pay now."..I said "what's the price?"..so she finally took the time to tell me like I was bothering her. Is this normal? Guess it's better to go elsewhere and pay full price...it's now clear you get what you pay for...even thrift stores have more professionalism. I will go to a different Ross or store altogether from now on. Really good location. You get your usual ross experience of people looking for deals and throwing clothes everywhere like they own the place. My complaint is with customers. Every time I shop here I laugh at how pathetic and embarrassing people act in this place. Complaining about the dumbest things, trying to argue with employees like if they are the ones making the rules and policies. Horrible experience at this location! Normally I love shopping at Ross but this location is simply the worst. They didn't have any plus size clothing at this location. So my best friend felt out of place and uncomfortable. Then when she went to check out with ONE dress she found, she normally leaves with multiple items of clothing, the cashier had the nerve to wrap the cup that she decided to buy in the dress. Absolutely Terrible Customer Service!!! Go to Marshall's or Burlington. I recently moved into a new and bigger house and came into this ross location because it was significantly closer. I purchased a large mirror, a few yoga mats, and some small house appliances including dishes, towels, and bathroom décor. I also purchased a tall wooden nightstand. I had a cart full of merchandise. I waited in the usual LONG 25 minute line before getting to checkout. When I was called next, I pushed my cart to the checkout counter and the lady working looked as if shed rather be dead then helping me out. She did not smile or speak. As I started loading the merchandise on the counter, she started scanning and moving it to one side and piling it up. When the pile was too high she stuck her arm out and said "are you gonna gimmy the rest or what?". I then pulled out what was left in the cart as she scanned each item and put it back on the counter. She then said "you paying cash or credit?"... I responded with "debit". She then gave me a rude look and said "aint that the same thing?" followed by a grunt and sigh as if I made her job more difficult. The total came to about $360 and I swiped my card. She then grabbed the receipt and handed it to me. With all my stuff still piled on the counter, she called for the next customer. I ask her if she could please bag my items and her response was "we don't have bags big enough for all this stuff". Which I find extremely inconvenient being that the carts cannot leave the store. As the next customer was standing there waiting to make a purchase I started loading up my cart one by one of the large pile on her counter as she sighed and grunted several times for somehow wasting her time. After I finished loading she said under her breath "finally" and started scanning the next customer's items. I rolled my car to the front of the store and had to make several trips back and forth to my car because "they had no big bags". I had a trash bag in my car and had to bring it in to load the rest of my purchases and leave the store. I am appalled at how rude the employees are at this location. Next time I will take my business else where!!! I Will not step foot in this store again. BBB is also getting contacted. read more

Best store for clothes, sunglasses, Belgian chocolate, kitchen utensils, man gadgets, socks, underwear, hats, shoes, cologne, and cell phone accessories. I don't go to the mall anymore after being at Ross. If it isn't at one Ross, I will go to another. Not at that Ross? I don't need it. You have to be careful of factory mistakes when buying clothes, otherwise, try it on...if it fits, take it home. I bought a pair of red new balance sandals one time, after a few months, the red became pink, and I figured out why they were on clearance. Anyway, need a new white dress shirt because yours has a yellow collar? $8. In my opinion, I would rather buy a new shirt instead of giving it to the cleaners so they can charge me $5 to "clean" it. If I go in, I always find at least 2 things I can't live without. I only gave it 4 stars because the store is randomly sparsely stocked and ransacked at times and never has men's running shoes. read more

Not the best customer service I've experienced at a Ross. The cashier that I went to today was very rude when I went to pay... I had scanned my card already and she was like "you can pay now" after I had already done so, and I was like "I did" and she rudely told me to scan again, "try swiping faster!" Very aggressively, and it ended up being her fault that it didn't go through right away...didn't even apologize about it. I didn't even feel the need to tell her to have a good night because I felt she didn't deserve one. She was also a bit rude to the customer that was ahead of me. On another note, her coworker has just gotten in an argument with another customer. I think the management should look into who they hire in the future and hopefully they're more nice. read more

The products I have purchased have all been of good quality. I love their home decor items. And I have purchased clothing that was great for the price. The staff is under par. Most of them rude and snippy. The quality assurance lady that works the door is super friendly and nice. The cashiers on the other hand are rude and impersonable. One in specific named Gena or Gina (I can't remember the name on her tag)If your job is customer service then you should be in good spirits and speak to the customer if they are trying to be polite to you. It's beyond rude to basically ignore the person in front of you purchasing items from YOUR store making them feel silly for even trying to make small talk. There was a huge line and I get you are busy but that is no reason to turn off your manners. Speaking of huge line, the line was probably 12+ people long and they called one lady up from the back and she was very unhappy about being made to cashier as she kept asking 'Who said I needed to come up here?!' Like if it wasn't someone of any authority to her then she was going to refuse to cashier. Very unprofessional. I think management should clean up their staff. I rate the store and products a 6 of 10 but the staff 3 out of 10. They lack professionalism, positive attitude, respect, and manners. read more

One of the worst Ross stores I've been to. It is run down and the merchandise is so crappy and picked over. This place fails me every time I go in there. It's dirty, the shelves with merchandise look horrible like no one has ever refreshed it. The quality of clothes they have on the racks is not what I remember...growing up I used to love Ross more than TJ Maxx and now it's they other way around.
