No greeting at all for me and my friend but everyone else gets treated makes me wonder why? it definitely made me feel like I did not belong in the store, nor did they want people like me there if they did, they would have acted differently towards us. But they did which leads me to think that me, and people like me may not be welcome there. I am a big customer of clothes Mentor, and will not be shopping at the Sandusky location due to this experience. I hope that they learn from this and make a shift to make everyone feel welcome and valued as a customer.

When the employee arrived, she did not greet us and was extremely unfriendly. We had interest in an earring set and asked to know the sale price as we already had a JCPenney card and knew the details of the sale. The worker explained to us that she would need to go into the computer to see the sale price. We told her "okay, please let us know the price,". The employee was extremely obstinate saying , "well you need a JCPenney card in order to even have the sale price." And stated this multiple times, and each time we told her okay, yes we would like to know the price in the computer. It took the employee a few more minutes before she actually told us the number. This was an awful experience because clearly the employee did not think we could actually have a JCPenney card, which is why she kept repeating herself even though we already told her that we understood the qualifications for the sale, and have the card. My family and I were judged with no basis. My family and I will not be shopping at this location

I had no clue, but somehow he ended up taking us a few places, showing us some stuff, and generally giving a positive vibe for the place. Sadly, we didn't get the same vigor from the cashier or fitting room person, but it's important it starts at the top. Store was clean, organized, well put together for a clothing store. The normal around here has a lot of clothing dumped on the floor. Not the case here.

She must have thought better of ignoring me then turned and greeted me. I was there to look at their Vera Bradley merchandise. I was approached by a clerk who offered to help me. I informed her I was just looking. The whole time I was there, the clerk hovered on the other side of the table. I do not like hovering clerks. If I need help, I will approach the clerk. As soon as I walked out of the store, I saw the clerk go to the Vera Bradley items and "fix" up the items that I had touched and put back exactly the way I found them. I felt like I was not a worthy customer for that store and that I needed to be watched.

So this visit involved me going to JC Penny, and finding nothing. The Macy's, and nothing. The people at those places were fine, but I need an "athletic" fit dress shirt or I am all poofey and goofy looking. Not a thing on their stores. So in here, I bothered the first person who I saw when I was lost. About 40 seconds in lol. Chelsea (I think. . . Only red head there) was awesome. She treated me how I wanted to be treated. We must have gone through at least six shirts (fully wrapped and pinned to trying on) before we found the right size and fit for me. The service was so solid, I even looked at ties and bought a couple. Usually I'd get those online, but between the service and the extra discounts she told me about, I was happy to give my business to Kohls and in store. So yea, I'll still cruise through Dillards for a deal, but my shopping is basically locked into Kohls (for the things I can get there, that is).

They informed me there would be no charge so I wanted to come on here and change my rating (from 1 to 3 stars) and inform yelpers that Menards did attempt and followed through making this experience much more pleasant than it was last Thursday. For that, I thank them... ################## Ordered pavers online. Said they had 40 of them. Email told me to "Hurry, my order is ready to be picked up" so I rush in.... After searching their yard for an hour trying to locate pavers I had ordered I asked fork lift driver to help me find. Off he goes circling yard for 20 minutes to come back and say.... "I can't find them either"... Contacted their "customer service" to see if they were willing to acknowledge their screw up and make it right. (Since I drove 30 miles to get there, 30 miles back, took 1/2 day off work). NOPE, not a word. Not a we're sorry we led you on a goose chase, not even an acknowledgement I existed...... I wouldn't treat an enemy as poorly as this company seems to treat their customers.
