No greeting at all for me and my friend but everyone else gets treated makes me wonder why? it definitely made me feel like I did not belong in the store, nor did they want people like me there if they did, they would have acted differently towards us. But they did which leads me to think that me, and people like me may not be welcome there. I am a big customer of clothes Mentor, and will not be shopping at the Sandusky location due to this experience. I hope that they learn from this and make a shift to make everyone feel welcome and valued as a customer.

Absolutely awful experience. My family and I went to this location today (3/2/26) around 5 pm to…read morelook at jewelry. We waited for a long time at the booth before an employee finally showed up. When the employee arrived, she did not greet us and was extremely unfriendly. We had interest in an earring set and asked to know the sale price as we already had a JCPenney card and knew the details of the sale. The worker explained to us that she would need to go into the computer to see the sale price. We told her "okay, please let us know the price,". The employee was extremely obstinate saying , "well you need a JCPenney card in order to even have the sale price." And stated this multiple times, and each time we told her okay, yes we would like to know the price in the computer. It took the employee a few more minutes before she actually told us the number. This was an awful experience because clearly the employee did not think we could actually have a JCPenney card, which is why she kept repeating herself even though we already told her that we understood the qualifications for the sale, and have the card. My family and I were judged with no basis. My family and I will not be shopping at this location

I had no clue, but somehow he ended up taking us a few places, showing us some stuff, and generally giving a positive vibe for the place. Sadly, we didn't get the same vigor from the cashier or fitting room person, but it's important it starts at the top. Store was clean, organized, well put together for a clothing store. The normal around here has a lot of clothing dumped on the floor. Not the case here.

She must have thought better of ignoring me then turned and greeted me. I was there to look at their Vera Bradley merchandise. I was approached by a clerk who offered to help me. I informed her I was just looking. The whole time I was there, the clerk hovered on the other side of the table. I do not like hovering clerks. If I need help, I will approach the clerk. As soon as I walked out of the store, I saw the clerk go to the Vera Bradley items and "fix" up the items that I had touched and put back exactly the way I found them. I felt like I was not a worthy customer for that store and that I needed to be watched.

Many times I have went into this store, they told me the bare minimum of the deals running, for me to walk out and find out later that I could have paid way less or was scammed out of getting a free item for money I already spent. Just recently I spent $150 at this store, and was entitled to a free tote bag, but none of the employees told me! And yes, it was available to redeem in store! I honestly suggest to use this store to try on the items, then just buy them online. Because you're going to get a way better deal online than in this store. Not to mention, they don't match online prices in store (this probably applies to all stores). They also won't let you return items same day! Maybe this store just has extremely strict policies to gatekeep information from customers so they spend the most money possible. Either way, look THOROUGHLY online for deals that work in-store before going in, because nobody here is trying to help you get the best deal. I love the clothing from this brand, but this store honestly is terrible.

I was measured for bra size and bought a few bras in the size they recommended. Every bra I…read morepurchased was too small around my body and the cup size was way too large. In doing some research, it appears that I was measured wrong. Instead of being measured above my breasts and under my arms (32 inches), they should have measured me under the breasts (38 inches). Then you measure around the breasts - take that number and subtract the under breast number to find your cup size. I was told I was a DDD, when I'm only a C-D. When I took the bras back to the store and requested to be measured the correct way - they refused! So, instead of helping me find the correct bra size, I returned the bras that were the wrong size. Not only will I no longer buy my bras from Victoria Secret, the customer service and attitude I received from the staff will deter me from ever purchasing products from them.
