I have to tell you that Ross is just the best. He helped me when no one else could. I unjustly got a red light ticket - they said I was in the red for over 13 seconds, but that's not even possible - and Ross worked with me to help get it dismissed. It was a unique circumstance because even though red light cameras are no longer in use in LA City, they are in use in some other random places like Metro bus ways, which is where was unjustly given the ticket. Ross delivered convincing arguments to the Judge and helped get this dismissed for me when it looked like I would have to pay a big fine and either go to traffic school or suffer points on my license for something I didn't do. Wow where to start, I caught a case almost 3 years ago... I originally had hired another law firm that make a long story short didn't even send my lawyer the day of my case finally a back up one whom didn't have an idea of my case one I had never spoken to tons of unanswered/unreturned phone calls ...to I was so scared never have being in trouble before and looking at jail time they had me plea for something that I now know more than likely would have been dropped they tell me I have a year to do my community service which was untrue it was 6 months they gave me no notice of court nothing or the correct due dates. So Ross comes to rescue my boyfriend and I meet with him very convenient easy to get ahold of I go in to meet with him.... By law I now have warrant, probation violation, failure to appear, basically I handed the man a HUGE mess of a case he insure me I would be okay I would be in jail unless I choose to, he very bluntly which I loved gave me three options ... We spoke of all three weight out all the options with me as true professional. Deciding on the amount of community service I had which he insured if I asked for extension id be given more and hard labor which def is not what I wanted nor had any desire or motivation and busy traveling schedule. We decided that if he could get all the other cases dropped id sit out the 16 days checking in and out of jail with his methods and the jail over crowding id be out in 4 days most he believed. But thought next morning. Probably doesn't sound like much to most but to me I am not jail material woman. I was scared to death... Although Ross was there every step of way to sooth and make me feel as comfortable as possible still jail is no place anyone wants to be... I arrived at court he handled everything as promised I check in the jail that morning was out the next day at 6 pm ...even got my boyfriend in to visit me before I was even in my own cell of course I was freaking out ... After hours after my boyfriend had left he called Ross stating I was worried def not working hours he answered and insured us... I was out the same evening. Do not get scammed and dealing with huge law firms where you might not even ever speak to your lawyer.... He showed up on time very assertive, professional! I can't thank him enough! Once he took over my case he handled everything I didn't have to stress or worry !! Hopefully I never get in trouble again but would def recommend him to any of my family or friends you won't be disappointed. read more

Where to start with Mr. Erlich? He was quite an amazing person to deal with my misdemeanor case, and would most definitely give him a call if i ever find myself in terrible situation. Ross Erich was extremely helpful and has greatly assisted me in my time of need. I was driving to work when I witnessed a car spin out of control and crash, so I stopped to assist the driver. I waited for the police and ambulance to show up, and once they arrived, I went back to my car to continue going to work. An officer noticed some damage on the side of my vehicle from a prior traffic collision, and said we must have been racing. He then told me that he had a witness, and issued me a misdemeanor citation for speed contest. While searching how to contest this, I came across a forum post by Mr. Elrich regarding a similar situation. I scheduled a meeting with Mr. Elrich, he pointed me to the right direction and gave me a choice on how to do things, of course i went with the option to have him represent me and was able to work out a payment plan that I could manage with my other expenses. He was able to have the charges dropped completely, and I no longer have to worry about repercussions at work, with my insurance, etc. He explained the falsehoods the police department used against me, why they use such tactics, and how to bring the truth of the matter to light. I now have no record of the incident affecting my career, which is much more important than even the fine I was facing. I unfortunately got in the middle of the police chasing a felon; the guy hit me and totaled my car. Luckily I was not injured besides a whiplash, but my leased car (only 1 year old) was done.
