Everything about our experience at Rossi Farm was excellent! From the tour prior to booking to the assistance at our event we were pleased!! Had around a hundred guests, we catered and there was plenty of room for food and drinks, we had a bounce boxing ring and we set up a small skating rink and had lots of room for separation between entertainment areas. I love Rossi Farms, and Emily. They've been incredibly understanding, responsive, and compassionate especially in regards to changing our wedding date due to the pandemic. We originally booked Rossi last summer for a fall 2021 wedding after touring a few other venues. Scheduling the tour was quick, and oh my goodness- what a CUTE venue, exactly what we were looking for! I loved everything they have to offer, especially the goats :). I also love their bridal house! The groom and his guys also have a space to get ready in as well. I was even able to do another self-guided tour the following day. We decided to postpone our wedding until 2022 just to be extra safe, and Emily made us feel comfortable with our decision and had the new contract ready to go quickly. We were even able to add Emily as our on-day coordinator in our new contract which gave us a huge sense of relief. Most of our friends and family will be traveling out of state and I feel like Rossi Farms perfectly captures everything we love about Portland why we chose this area as our home. I feel SO lucky we found Rossi Farms, it's beautiful, perfect, and a dream come true. I cannot wait until we can celebrate with our friends and family next year. read more

Rossi Farms was an amazing location to have our corporate summer event, the location had everything we needed, and plenty of space for all the fun activities we had planned. Our employees loved the grounds and being able to see the goats and turkeys, both the indoor and outdoor space were thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. Emily was a consumate planner and host-she was easily able to answer our questions and help us pivot with last minute changes, as well as recommending several vendors who were a dream to work with. I have been planning and executing events for 20 years on large and small scales, and Emily was perfectly professional and a skilled venue manager. Our event went off without a hitch, and that is due in no small part to her prowess as a coordinator. We will definitely be planning future events with Rossi Farms and Emily. As a Portland local who grew up going to the old farm stand, I was delighted to be able to arrange an event at this location-it retains the old Portland charm that it has always had while providing an elegant and cozy setting that had every amenity we could have desired. This barn located on 122nd is full of beautifully curated fruits, vegetables, jam, and honey. There is a parking lot beside the barn. Neat and tidy, it's a great place to get locally grown (on their farms) produce. In September the bins were full of white and orange pumpkins, all types of squash, peaches, onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, corn, apples, sweet potatoes and other delectables. Prices are reasonable, although the Barn, which is close by, is somewhat less expensive. Rossi Farms, I was told, isn't classified as organic but they don't use harmful pesticides. I love the beautiful ways they display things. Everything looks clean and fresh. The people are cheerful and helpful. There were baby goats outside in a pen for children of all ages to pet. I am disappointed in their Covid-19 response and policies. The event coordinator I started working with when I began planning my event at Rossi Farms was fantastic - flexible, personable, easy to work with, but now that the pandemic has struck I'm having a hard time with them. I understand that I signed a contract not to get my deposit back for an event, but when I paid into my balance I did not realize it was going towards additional deposits that they are now claiming are also non refundable, and they are only offering for me to reschedule in JANUARY. I am not going to ask my family to travel in January to have dinner in a barn, a resurgence of Covid is likely during that time, and things are too unpredictable right now. I couldn't even get a caterer if I wanted to. read more

Rossi Farms is truly a magical place. Emily was our wedding coordinator and we couldn't have done it without her. She is reliable, professional, and a joy to be around. They handle staying in touch with all vendors and sets up any vision you have in record time. The beauty of the entire farm/ barn scape at night time is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. My special day was over 4 months ago and I still sit and think everyday about how incredible it was, and want to go back in time to experience it again! Thank you for being so easy to work with! Bonus goats! Worth a stop to drop by and see the goats. and for .25 cents you can feed them goat chow from the goat chow gumball machine. If you miss a weekend farmer's market you can stock up on seasonal produce here - the prices are inexpensive and the produce is top notch. Ripe Maryhill peaches, corn grown right there, green beans, local grapes, melons from Hermiston, local raw honey, herbs, etc. And they are known for their adorable potatoes. You can get a bag of minis or fingerling potatoes in white/blue/yellow for cheap! I assume they are low spray? Not organic. Stop by while you can! read more

My partner and I recently had our wedding at Rossi Farms; we had an incredible time, in large part because of being in such a beautiful, comfortable, laid-back setting. We originally chose Rossi in the pre-pandemic times because it was an indoor/outdoor venue with enough space for our planned 150 guests that was still within city limits (i.e. with decent access to Lyft). When all our plans had to shift due to COVID, Rossi was very flexible with us, making it easy to reschedule. Emily was an extremely helpful point person to work with--always quick to answer any questions we had, and very supportive, both as we worked to plan out how to have a much-smaller gathering in a COVID-safe way, and also helping with setup and cleanup on the day of. Rossi was the perfect place to help us create a joyful, meaningful day! read more

Rossi Farms is right down the street from our home and we love shopping for all our produce here. They are a wonderful presence in the neighborhood, and we hope to see even more fun events from them! More than potatoes (But the potatoes are fantastic!). I've seen them at farmers markets around town and always pick them up, but had never been to the farm stand. All the produce is no spray or as least invasive pesticide use as possible. In early fall they had the last of the strawberry, and corn crop and the beginning of the squash, Apple and pear crop, but they have so much more. Similar to Kruger's farm stand, they feature a full case of other produce for great prices. Beets, radicchio, cilantro, green onions for a third to a quarter of the price at the store. They also have syrups, honey, preserves from their own and other farms. Behind the market is a venue space that looks interesting, a few goats to pet and feed, and a fenced in area with mini tractors for the little ones to ride around on. I take my three daughters there every October. The pumpkin selection is fabulous, and the prices are super generous. They have a great variety of locally grown seasonal squash and apples of numerous varieties. They also have chickens roaming about, and some friendly, docile goats who live there. The grounds are beautiful and idyllic for an outdoor spring, summer, and early fall event, while the barn, with it's paved floor, looks as if it could comfortably accommodate a crowd of 100+ year round. Gabrielle is a natural at making people feel welcome and comfortable, and communicating the farm's history in an engaging and interesting way. So, go see them in October for fall pumpkins, squash and apples. And check this crucial piece of Oregon history for an event any way there time of year. read more

What a gold mine! I live just down the road from Rossi farms and just this summer went in the barn to see what was in there. Oh my goodness!! This place is fantastic.the fruit and vegetables are so fresh and so reasonably priced. The staff is friendly too. They have this smoked salsa they make that is so good I'm weeping thinking about it. This place is worth a visit. I've never experienced the deliciousness of grapes until I tried Rossi farms. A+ read more

I am so sad Rossi Farms is closed. I enjoyed shopping there so very much the produce and other products were beautiful and the staff was nice and inviting. I would get such a good feeling shopping there. It was always a fun event like going to a country store in the city. I learned many things about varieties of different fruits and vegetables from the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Shopping at the local grocery store does not even come close to shopping which felt was more like a visit to Rossi Farm. I'm very hopeful it will reopen in the future. read more

Lovely and fun wedding venue! I recently got married on September 16, 2017 and had my reception at Rossi Farms with 125 guests. Rossi Farms has indoor & outdoor space for small, medium, and large events. Their vineyard created a beautiful backdrop for our bridal party table, the wooden dance floor and lights are included in the price, and Gabrielle Rossi (Events Manager) is easy to work with! She was very accommodating throughout the whole process and responsive via text messages. The bridal suite is a gorgeous vintage house from the early 1900's; it is spacious enough for a large bridal party and well lit for make up application.
