There's usually not much to say about a mall besides the range of shops (which is very good in this one, though not the best), but there's plenty to highlight here. The mall is pretty new and I absolutely love the modern design and all the decorations inside. One of the best things is that those are seasonal. They have beautiful spring decorations there just now, for instance. And that's not all - this mall is also scented. Like actually, seriously scented - it smells like apples and cinnamon around Christmas and like strawberries for most of the rest of the year. There are plenty of comfy seating areas everywhere and a really good food court with plenty of various food choices, complete with a playing area for kids. The parking is good as well. There are many additional services the mall provides to make your shopping experience great - there's free wifi, free lending of phone & laptop chargers (or even ipads if you ask for it!), cloak rooms, special "relaxation zones" and if you have their loyalty card (which you can get for free), you can even book the services of a stylist to help you pick an outfit/shop with you. Also, there's a tiny train for kids to ride around the mall (and probably much more I forgot to mention!). On top of all of it, they have various events and competitions happening all year round. So, if there's one mall I could recommend to you, this is it! It's well worth checking out, if only for the decorations.

It was pretty much the same for the other stores as well. However, that has changed a lot in recent years. Nowadays you could pretty much just remove "Outlet" from the name and call it "Fashion Arena Center". You rarely find REAL outlet goodies except maybe at Lindt were you can buy easter or christmas themed stuff almost all year for slightly lower prices than usual. Overall: No bargains and a pretty stupid format ("Arena"). Outside of the stores it's always cold and windy and since the stores are all on the same floor (ground level) you have to walk quite a distance in order to get from one place to another. It's not USA shopping (and yes I have to admit I am spoiled by shopping in USA). But on the other hand when you go the right day and time with special offers than you can get a good deals. Still for some brands I still find the discounted prices quiet high.

Nespal jsem a zvracel jsem celou noc. Zajímalo by mě jak dlouho tam to jídlo bylo. Tohle nikomu nepřeju! Strašný zážitek. I visited IKEA this week and had a shrimp salad with mayonnaise in the cafeteria. It was a horrible experience. I spent the whole night vomiting, couldn't sleep at all, and felt extremely sick. The food definitely did not seem fresh. I truly wouldn't wish this experience on anyone!

This Ikea is located a little way outside of Prague city center, but is pretty easy to get to -…read moreYellow line to Černý Most and right when you get off,  walk downstairs to bus #12 which goes only to and from the Ikea. The bus comes every 10 minutes.  Uber is also an option if you don't drive.  So on the weekend,  this place is crazy packed! I felt like I was going to get ran over by the speed shoppers! Was hard to really browse like I wanted. For a more leisurely shop I went first thing on a Monday morning. Much better.  I had a return and found English-speaking employees were limited (non existent) in this store. But, return center is on the main floor,  all the way to the right, next to cashiers.  Just take a number at the automated kiosk - there is an "English" option. There is a little sitting area here and a charging station for phones etc. In this area you will also find the" self wrap" area (packing paper and shrink wrap)  where you package your breakables after check out.  Unless you bring your own shopping bag,  you will have to purchase one at the register (if needed). What else ... well as you know Ikea sells ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you need for house decor (and some things you didn't know you needed). I didn't check out the cafe this time but it is huge! I picked up a few tiny items for my kitchen this time and saw some cute art work and mirrors I may go back for.
