They specialize in soufflés and have a page in the menu dedicated to them. We ordered the Swiss gruyère, a filet mignon and a cod. All so well executed and delicious. They have a small selection of wines by the glass and a large selection by bottle. We had 3 different wines by the glass and you could tell the selection was carefully curated. The dessert menu included a couple sweet soufflés. We got the banana with chocolate. The place has a romantic ambiance. A lot of attention and love goes into all details.
