They just throw them in with all the dogs not introducing them slowly. A lazy bunch of staff not knowing how to manage and care for particular dogs. My dogs were so so scared when I went to pick them up they would not go past the owner of the business who throw them in a dark small room locked up until I got there. The owner must of screamed them so much they were shaking with fear of him. Bad place !! I also met another person who took his dog there for two weeks and he came home under weight with diarrhoea!!! I took them to another day care who slowly introduced my dogs to the other dogs and they are so good and I have had no problems there which I've been taking them for 4 years now. The day care I currently take them to know the story as I told them and they said they are lazy and do not want to make the effort to work with the dogs and slowly introduce them to the new environment they are in. The owner wasn't even there at the time it was a little young person which seemed like he was lazy.

I took my companion in for a grooming (maybe their first at this location!?!) and they did a wonderful job. She can be a little nervous but they were very kind and gentle with her and she came back looking happy, relaxed, clean and very very cute. We cutER is should say.
