Came here on a Monday morning with a group of 6 people. We had high expectations after reading the reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The restaurant was empty, yet the food took quite a while to come out. When it finally arrived, my toast was burnt, and the pastrami sandwich I tried was extremely salty. The staff also didn't come by to check on us, and the condiments at the table were empty. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet expectations. The Rotary is a great find in Havasu city! Go there for breakfast or brunch. We tried several of their breakfast offerings and they were all excellent and very filling. The smoked salmon bagels were amazing. The eggs over medium were cooked perfectly. But the best part was the service. The young lady that greeted us and served us was amazing. It made the entire experience fun! Some in our party that live in Havasu City have already returned a second time, and reported the same. Don't miss Rotary. You'll love it. read more

Went by the other day to get my fix for biscuits and gravy and saw they had risotto balls (arancini's) on sale for $6. I think I'd try ANYTHING for $6 but these guys were worth the price of admission. As a matter of fact I wished I could have canceled my b and g and ordered more of those Arancini's! Anyway the lovely lady from Kentucky serving us Was great in everything she did for us. As far as the biscuits and gravy the gravy was cold and the chef did apologize and remade it for me but still wasn't hot. Maybe it's me but I like my food to come out and need me to blow on it to cool it off but regardless I would come back soon. Please don't ever stop Making the arancini's!! Go have them and enjoy. Went there on a Saturday for an early breakfast. Nice place and the waitress was extremely friendly. Ordered the Denver omelette, which came out really quick. Unfortunately, the onions were not cooked and almost raw. The omelette was extremely watery inside. Almost like it wasn't cooked enough. I really like the friendly staff and the ambience, but they need to step up the food a little bit. read more

Well let's start with the service: Good service. I don't remember our waitress but I believe she was manager on duty . But nice, prompt at getting out drinks and placing our order Food: was not good. We ordered Pho with brisket. What we got: ramen with brisket and a couple of leafs of bok choy. Now any one who knows their pho... the meat that is served w pho, depending on the meat. If it's beef, it comes in thin slices. Which is usually the but the broth cooks it because it's slices so thin. I have only had beef. So honestly I am not sure how chicken or seafood would be prepared. The brisket we got...was shredded, bland and overcooked . Sorry I have to be honest here. The broth was very bland as well. The sides that come with pho is supposed to be bay leaves or cilantro, sliced white onion, sprouts. We did get jalepenos but instead of them in the side, it was placed in the broth. The other sides we did get was the lime, housain sauce and sriracha. The noodles, well as you can see... we got ramen noodles instead of rice noodles. When we did mention to the waitress she did go talk to the chef. But the chef got defensive and said he put the right noodles. Well he was wrong and I'm sorry...don't argue with your manager on duty! The decor was cool. I'm sure had we ordered something else we would have enjoyed ourselves. Also what id like to note..this play seems to get great reviews on FB. I'm sad that I am out $40 of my hard earned cash, I wasted 1.5 hours of my Sunday and had a very unfavorable experience. 2 stars and I am not certain if I will go back. 1 star because I have heard such great reviews on their food from my friends and a second star because I learned they had just moved to this new location. I know that the transition can be difficult especially if you have new staff. We came in and the place was busy as expected on a Sunday morning. For those that do not like LOUD places you may want to avoid. We grabbed two seats at the end of the bar. Bartender greeted us promptly and took our drink orders (water and tea) I knew what I was going to have so we ordered right away. Chilaquiles and the Dude ordered a burger and fries ($2.00 up charge). Either our order was not put in or it was lost - we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food. The bartender at about an hour went to check on our order and said our order was next up. 15 minutes later it arrived. Chilaquiles: eggs were ordered medium and at first I thought they forgot the eggs but the very overcooked eggs were under the chips (I have never had chilaquiles served like that because the yolk is meant to spill over the chips. Food was as least a bit warm. I asked for new eggs and more sauce - chips were too dry. Chorizo is also tossed with the chips. There was also a little black beans and I do mean little like I could have counted the beans. I would not order again My guy ordered a burger (since it was almost noon and I didn't grab a pick) burger was meh - fries were horrible and especially when they are room temperature. I would say double fried also they were little pieces - weird. Macaroni salad --NAILED IT! I would have been so happy to just have a little bowl of Mac salad The worst part of this situation is the lack of acknowledgment - I wanted to send my plate back and leave but my guy would feel very uncomfortable doing that. The owner was there hustling but it takes a moment to say I'm sorry your order was lost and we are on it. Same for the bartender. I would avoid this place until they get their s**t together. read more

This place was BUSY! As usual, Yelp led us here and it was a good choice. The only thing that I did have issue with was how long it took for our food to come out. We did sit for an hour before food finally came. It wasn't hot, but it wasn't cold. Our server kept the Diet Coke flowing, so that was good. This place looks more like a local place than a "tourist" spot. Bar was never empty, TV's all over, 2 garage doors which open up to a large patio. Super happy to stop by this place before leaving Havasu! Small family owned cafe with top tier service. 112 degrees outside, still hot inside the restaurant but the servers kept refilling our waters ASAP. As a Vietnamese American, I can attest that their Vietnamese Coffee is yum (sweeter than the classics but still hits the spot)! The country fried steak was super heavy, but SOOO GOOD. The whole plate is the perfect amount of crunch with the fried steak and hashbrowns. Plus perfectly over-easy eggs, nothing to complain about. This place was amazing - then they moved. The new location made sense because they got so popular. Instead of opening a second location they got a bigger location. First experience was terrible but I loved it before so I gave it another chance. Much better. Then they extended their hours and I was excited. I don't live there so I often couldn't make it before 2pm. Today, I'm with my boyfriend and after our workout I wanted to go way out of our way to The Rotary. Despite my boyfriend really wanting to go to Bad Miguel's he said ok, he's never been a big fan. We get there and now you pay before even sitting down and they changed their menu. The plate I loved (chorizo hash browns with eggs) no longer on the menu. The service sucked. What I got (the closest thing to what I wanted) sucked. His country fried steak sucked: the kitchen got his eggs wrong - ordered scrambled got over easy so the second round the steak, gravy and hash browns are now cold and he never got his toast. The only upside is that we never have to go out of our way again. My boyfriend's response: that's awesome we will go to Bad Miguel's next time we are in Havasu! read more

The food was absolutely wonderful! I had the Brisket Grilled Cheese sandwich - the pepper jack cheese gave it just the right amount of "zing!" (Make sure you get extra napkins...you'll need them! ) My lunch partner was amazed at the size of the burger and said it was absolutely delicious. It took quite awhile for us to get our orders. I imagine they, like many other restaurants, have trouble getting employees. But it was certainly worth the wait. The only suggestion I have for them is to figure out a way to put noise-dampening panels their larger room (the one without the bar). The brick walls and concrete flooring really bounce the sound around. It was quite noisy and there were only about 4 tables filled with people at the time. If noise bothers you, bring earplugs-- because the food is worth it!! read more

This review is for the experience I had with a close friend of mine on June 26th of this year. My friend Michelle wanted to treat me to a new local favorite place of hers in town on my birthday and we had a lovely time there! ^__^ Due to how terrible I felt that morning, I ordered something wholesome and simple for easy digestion. I had some oatmeal with blueberries and sliced dried dates. A sweet flavor-combo I've never had before in oatmeal honestly! Because of that experience, I've been including sliced dates in my hot cereal since! hehe Thank you Michelle again for that lovely outing. I truly meant to have my review up & posted much sooner, but I haven't been well lately. Better now than later I suppose. The waitress we had was such a kind and fun person. This place is a must try! Be prepared though, location is pretty small so I don't recommend for large parties but they were able to accommodate 2 parties of 8. As for food, we had their beignets, the veggie hash browns, and french toast. Everything was delicious. There was quite a wait for their cocktails and food took about 30 mins to come out after ordering but worth the wait. I overheard they are moving to a new, Larger location but for now, this location is a hidden gem. We will be back next time we are in town! P.S. They no longer have the cinnamon roll. read more

We came in on Thanksgiving of all days! My kids and I were visiting my mom and she was so excited to show us this little spot. The food was 10/10! Service 1000/10 the waitress was so sweet and nice even though she had to work on a holiday. My mom and daughter shared the chilaquiles, the portion was huge! My son was able to steal a few bites as well. He got the breakfast burrito, which he throughly enjoyed. I decided to get the chicken fried steak and boy! It was delicious and filing, very fresh. When we come to visit again, I'll definitely be hitting up Rotary for their lunch menu! read more
