I would give zero stars if allowed. Long story. Needed oxygen supplies delivered for a family member in June '25. Supplies were delivered 3 days late even after calling for confirmation that supplies would be delivered...still late. Oxygen supplies were to be picked up on June 19th. They were not picked up. This is were it gets bad. We made calls after calls and were always told, "they would get picked up tomorrow" and guess what... supplies were never picked up. We were always told that we were in the system and that order would not be billed to Medicare from the original pick up date. Well, June went by... July went by (with more calls) and now were into August. We were consistently told by Roteck in Apple Valley that we were scheduled for pick up, or they were short a driver or they have a new manager and that all our communications were documented in their system. We got fed up with this location and called the main customer service number. Turns out that none of the communications were documented. Even turns out that Roteck of Apple Valley was still billing Medicare for the oxygen . The main customer service representative added a note to stop billing and schedule a pick up for August 25th. This rep was very helpful. August 25th came and went, still no supply pick up. It's no been over 2 months since these supplies have not been picked up. Two days latter, I called the main customer service number again to vent our frustration. After that call, several minutes later we received a call from Apple Valley location and were told that supplies would be picked up the next day. Next day came, and supplies were FINALLY PICKED UP. It was such a headache to deal with this Apple Valley Rotech location. Our family uses this company in North Carolina and have no issues or complaints. We wound NOT recommend this Apple Valley oxygen supply company to anyone. Stay away. We will also be contacting the insurance company to inform them about the Medicare fraud charges the Apple Valley company have billed for form June 19th through August 28th. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT use this company. My CPAP prescription was sent to Rotech on 3/6/23. I did not receive the machine until 4/13/23, and the delay had nothing to do with backorders. I had to call them numerous times from the time my prescription was sent until I actually received the machine. I was told by their Rochester location that the Apple Valley office was closed - and they were closed for 10 days! Then, when someone was supposed to be back in the office, I left messages with NO return phone calls. The machine just showed up at my door, even though I was originally told Rotech was to do a survey to determine what type of mask to send me. Nope. I am moving my account away from this company....how they are even in business is a mystery to me. read more
