They received my equipment back then sent me a letter 21 days later stating that I didn't return it and they are going to charge $2900. When you contact them they are unwilling to help and give you the run around. I wonder how much they steal each year by committing insurance fraud. read more

I have been with Physicians choice for about 10years ( maybe More) and have ALWAYS received outstanding customer service. Recently when i called for supplies i got someone who told me they did not have any record of me in thier system when i didn't accept that answer she rechecked and found me. I wondered what went wrong, now i know.. Rotech took over from physician choice and medical specilist, since then i have had to call about a malfunctioning indogen g3 portable oxigen machine. I was told by my rep 9Turn out he is a manager). that they no no longer carried the model that i have so cannot replace it. He did offer to contact indogen to see if he could get a replacement . I asked him to call me back and let me know what he found out. He never did, now he is out sick. When i called today the customer service lady informed me they don't even carry indogen products. so now i have a oxigen machine that in not working propwerally and a company dothsat does not seem to care. During this sane 4-5 week period i have been trying to get a replacement cpap machine. I have followed all the request from Physician Choice and and Roctect tell me they don't have info my doctor, my doctors office tells me they sent the script in back in august tehy resent in in this week and Rotect Still tells me they don't have a request for a new machine. My currennt cpap is between 10-12 years old and has never been serviced or repaired except when i have changed the filters.. I am hoping my doctor can find me a medical company that cares about thier patiences. This company actually scares, me, on a scale of 1-5 I would give them a point 5 they don't even deserve a 1 rating. I see by there overall rating I am not the only person unhappy with this non caring company. BTW: Medical specialist has been the company handling my cpap machine and supplies since i first needed it. They too have always been great with thier customer service. Sure hope my doctor can find agood company to keet me going. I just don't understand Rotech attitude toward thier patiences. read more

This company doesn't pick up the equipment for weeks after requested and then they charge you for it. Their customer service is terrible. Good luck trying to get in touch with them. I sat on hold for over an hour and no one ever picked up the call. I did the online chat, but it was a representative in Florida not in Arizona and they admitted to not understanding the rules of how the company works. We even requested that we return the equipment ourselves and they would not let us. They won't take it back unless their representative picks it up. We now have an outstanding balance for a month that we did not use this equipment, and they will not budge on the credit. Medical care is expensive enough as it is and now we are being charged for services we do not even use Painful experience!! I hope you can have a better experience than we did or find a different o2 provider. read more

Contacted Rotech for CPAP. Waited on hold for almost an hour just to find put if my dr sent prescription it will take 4-5 days for them to "get to it". Day 7 comes can't reach them by phone so start chat. I do not have an account number so can't log into portal. I get a representative who I will refer to as Einstein. He asks me to hold without getting ANY information from me (didn't even ask my name) comes back 5 minutes later and says there is no account for me. I asked how he could check without even knowing my name, he lied and said my name appeared on his screen. Keep in mind I provided nothing on the website or to him. He then proceeds to tell me that he spoke with me yesterday. I NEVER CALLED yesterday! He then proceeded to tell me to call the number where you have to wait an hour to get through. I tell him this and he says he will have them call me. They never did! After dealing with this bozo and their lack of care or customer service. I reached out to Aeroflow. Wow! What a difference they immediately contacted me through email and the following day were preparing my shipment. I wish I would have saved time and just contacted them first. Their customer care is AMAZING!!! I am mad at myself for wasting time with Rotech and their pi$$ poor customer service. Learn from my mistake and just skip this company. You will only waste your time and get frustrated. I am still waiting for Rotech to respond which I am sure they never will! read more

Severely lacking in customer service skills. Being a health care equipment and centering there service around insurance and government billing, I suppose they aren't interested in providing a good customer experience. I have been fighting with a piece of equipment from them for over a week now and all that I get from them is "call your doctor." There are many other suppliers in the valley, use one of them. read more

I was a employee her for one month. In that amount of time I drove over 1500 miles with my own vehicle! I received NO TRAINING IN THIER PAPERWORK OR PROCESS AS A RESPIRATORY THERAPIST. IVE BEEN A THERAPIST FOR 16 YEARS , NEVER have 8 encountered a company that refused to pay me. They owe me over 500$ in pay that I've submitted receipts and travel milage for . I've called the office and spoke to the new manager because the first one quit in there short time I was there and also spoke to the headquarters and payroll. They act like it was my fault for them not paying and it's been since September of 2018 and I have yet to be paid and responded to. I'm now forced to take this to the labor board in hopes of getting getting what I earned! It's rediculous that this company treats people this way. No wonder they they have a revolving door. This place is terrible. I have contacted them so many times to stop sending me supplies, and they just kept sending them month after month. No one ever responded to any of my messages. I returned the equipment and an actual trash bag full of unopened supplies with no refund. On top of that, they keep sending me bills. Do not use this company!!!! read more
