This is the third time I have been here for therapy in something like 6 or 7 years. They have…read morealways done good by me but my insurance has severely limited what I can actually accomplish. I always end up with a lot of exercises to do after therapy is over and each time there are new things. It's great that they recommend getting a gym membership but then don't recommend a way to pay for that membership for someone who struggles to survive on disability. It's not something that anyone stops to consider unless they have actually been in that position themselves. On this run there is a therapist along with a person who is finalizing their training working with me. Each day I do what they tell me to do and do my best to work with them for what I can handle. When I come back from a next visit we talk about pain and issues I might have had on the following day from the last visit. They make adjustments as necessary and we continue. I'm only a few sessions in this time and will be back twice a week for 8 weeks before there is an evaluation. The downside is that I don't have all the equipment they have so some of the things they teach me I don't get to do unless I'm there. All the people I've ever met working here have been friendly and professional.

I also asked the doctor to sign my Florida Covid Vaccine paperwork as my primary care doctor is in NJ, but he wouldn't. I've had cortisone, and gel injections but nothing is helping with the pain. The doctor does not prescribe anything to help with the pain, so now I wait for my insurance to see if they feel an MRI may show what's going on. Today I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come in, and that was for a 1pm appointment, which I didn't expect since they close 12-1pm for a lunch break. Who knows what is next.

I have had them here for treatment for both their ankles and knees now. The Dr's seem nice and knowledgeable and we have been fairly happy with the treatment received. My biggest issue is with the office itself. I can rarely get anyone to answer a phone and the mailboxes are almost always full. When I do leave a message no one ever calls back. I just spent 2 weeks trying to get through to someone to reschedule an appointment they cancelled the night before we were going. I finally had to stop in and talk to someone in person to set it up and find out about a couple other things. This is not the first time I have had to go out of my way and stop in in person. If I had the option I would take them someplace else and start over.

He said it was symptomatic. I voiced my concerns several times and was sent to a rehabilitation facility because I felt I was not well enough to go home. After several weeks of pain I ended up in the ER only to find I had a severe infection and was there four days under powerful antibiotics. When I confronted him he cursed at my sister and I. Then he called to tell me he didn't want to do my other knee because he didn't make enough with my insurance. Recently I needed my medical records for SSI but they outsource their records. It took three weeks and several phone calls to get them. I've never had a physician's office not handle their own records .
