I've been using this place for my son ever since it opened and never had a problem until yesterday. The tall moody guy did my sons hair and just had a couldn't be arsed attitude trying to leave it uneven and generally been rude. then it came to payment it states on the window visa accepted. for him to tell me to get to the cash point. I explained I only had my phone and couldn't go to the bank which i didnt think would be a problem considering they claim they accept card. As we was leaving last thing he said was next time bring cash. I can safely say for me they won't be a next time with the amount of barbers in the area customer service is important and you've now lost a regular customer due to this behaviour. read more

i went for a trim but it wasn't symmetrical it grew to be symmetrical so i wasn't bothered plus they did a good job with my friend

Avoid at all costs! Yesterday I paid a visit to have a trim and basically came out scalped. This was my second visit and after having a disaster the first time round I stupidly gave them a second chance and another guy served me yesterday. They are all unable to cut any graduation, blend grades or cut any shape. I now look like some exotic African parrot. Thankfully it will grow and I can then go somewhere else who have the ability to listen and understand what the client wants, and more importantly know how to cut hair! The younger guy that works at this place is extremely good, however there is an older gentleman with glasses that does not listen to the customers wants at all, you ask for a certain style and length and he will go completely off the rails and give you a short back and sides, he appears to not know what a fade is, or the fact I did not want him to cut a lot off of my fringe. I then walk out of the place with my fringe basically gone and an uneven grade across my hole head. As I said, there is a younger gentleman there who is great, however there is a larger gentleman with glasses that will cut your hair how he feels like cutting it, not how you request it. He cut my sons hair completely incorrectly and I am furious even though I gave him specific instructions on what to do. read more

I have used this barber shop since it opened maybe it had been opened 2 to 3 weeks I have no complaints at all it now has new people doing treatment I have a hair cut plus hot towel shave never had any issue I roughly go every 5 to 6 weeks as I am disabled so am unable to shave myself lucky for me my face hair grows way slower than my head. The man in charge there is called Arry he and staff are brilliant he always looks after me when I go as do others always polite listening to what you need. My grandchildren love it here too. Its cheaper than in town no complaints. I can not wait fir the 4th of July as my last cut was just before mothering Sunday so I'm looking like jedwards dog ha ha but I do recommend this business. I don't go in for me recommending things as my choice or tastes are not everyone's but when your getting excellent service looked after it's clean easy to access what more do you need.
