The next communication that I received regarding this matter was a very harshly written letter from a debt collector. i contacted Fine Fabric Care and they have refused to recall the debt! it is also possible that I had paid it in cash. The original letter that had prompted me to call them even mentioned they were unsure if I had paid as their previous secretary hadn't always marked accounts as paid. Even so, I was willing to pay the amount, then pursue them for double-dipping, as it appears likely that they have done so. trust these liars at your own peril

He is trying to rip me off for $100k (and there IS a lawsuit). He did not know how to put in the foundation. Had no idea how to do the plumbing. Would show up at 10 AM or later. Take frequent 3 to 4 day weekends. Kept extending the time he said the job would be complete. After 2 months and not so much as the foundation completed (on what he claimed was a 4 month job, What little work he did get done was so wrong it would not (and did not) pass inspection. After witnessing his horrible work and work ethic, I told him just give me back my money so I could find a contractor who would complete the work. He NEVER gave me back ANYTHING. I also found out he is not even registered (or for that matter insured) to build ANYTHING in Montana. This person IS A SCAMMER. BEWARE!! Also find it VERY strange that some unknown person raves about saying Ryan just finished her home. He CLAIMED to do a job in 4 months (look where that got me) and after 3 months, look what was accomplished. Yet this other reviewer claims he just finished the job even though it was the start of July when I was left with that mess. Hmmmm have we more scammers helping him??
