Taylor isn't professional, at all. She said she'd call the guys and see if they could come out and check the line and then she'd call me back and let me know. She never called back, but a guy did show up. My husband showed him the problem, and the guy said he'd talk to the office, (which I assume meant Taylor) and see when they could come out and fix our problem. This was on a Thursday. By Tuesday, you got it, no call to set up the appointment, so I called them. Got Morgan, she got the message to them and Taylor called me (miracles do happen) She had no idea about our problem, I explained it all to her and she thought we needed our tank pumped out, so I explained it all again...she said she'd call the guys and see when they could come out and then call me back...yep, you guessed it no call, no appointment, no help.
