I dont know if she was never taught character counts or even how to be nice over the phone. She is a straight up witch, especially considering I've called asking for help before and she said there was nobody available, she didn't ask me to hold on n let her check, she just said no..therefore it is kinda strange that I was able to message a buddy from the company and he said he could come help amd had nothing to do that day.. honestly think you need a new secretary, I'm telling everyone about how terrible her attitude and service is and I've had others agree with me. Also, seems like shes writing bills wayy more expensive than they should be. Unless cleaning air units seriously be costing $1,000 per unit, then I'm considering not ever coming back.
