This guy came in about 3 months ago to give us an estimate until this day he been promising us different day to show up. Antonio promised us a day to come and complete the job, my husband and I rushed to ACE on a Wednesday afternoon to buy the plants, because Antonio was going to come on Thursday 8:00AM. Believe it or not he didn't show up, we called him more than 20 times and he blocked my phone number, my husband called him from a different number and he picked up, as soon as he notice my husband's voice he start to say "sorry brother" I couldn't make it, your syntactic turf didn't deliver on time. My husband was very upset, he told him "you should've notified us, I didn't go to work to stay home and help you" he said sorry let's reschedule. My husband told Antonio I will buy the syntactic turf today locally can you please come and finish the job. His response was "yes for sure" we spent 800 dollars on turf plus 700 dollars on plants, for no reason. I called him again today, he said I can't come I'm booked and busy. This is not professional, I am very upset with the whole experience. I can go on and on with my experience with Antonio, but I would state one thing which "Antonio might sound promising but in reality his not reliable at all for your project" . We already had an existing power box outside the garage so all we needed was the bring it to the other side of the wall and get a plug outlet added. We got a few quotes back pretty quickly but JJC Electric's price was the best. Additionally, they said that they were able to do it the following day! We communicated via text and they were able to get the outlet installed in a little over an hour. They also helped us close a hole that was in the power box and sealed up the sides. They tested the outlet and showed us that there was running power and told us that their work is guaranteed. The also sent us an invoice once they finished the job. Overall, they were very professional, pricing was good, and would recommend.

We also needed an elegant solution to power our main panel off a backup generator. The original 6-circuit bypass box was unsatisfactory and so he created a safe way to power up the main panel, allowing all circuits to be energized. Jamie's quote was very detailed and competitive. The job took 3 days and he worked very long hours with his assistant Lilly while we were out of town. The final project is outstanding and all work was done to code. We had interviewed a couple painters and were impressed with Konstantin's professionalism and ideas…read morewhen we met. We spoke at length and agreed with his suggestions with the prep required, paint quality and shades. He also gave us a very fair deal on pressure washing and staining our redwood deck. after pressure washing the house , we found the exterior was in pretty bad shape and sections of siding needed replacing. He recommended a very good contractor who we hired to do the work, and Konstantin came in and prepped all the rest of the house very carefully by grinding and using Elastomeric patch to fill cracks on the siding, fascia boards etc, and bondo in areas with delamination. He fillled cracks, primed and painted two coats of paint on the trim, eaves and siding. He even helped us by applying roofing compound in a troublesome corner of the roof that needed help so that the eave could dry out effectively to enable the paint to adhere. He was very flexible working around the contractors and all along worked hard to get things in good shape before a rain storm came in. The Final product is awesome, the house looks great as does the deck. Konstantin was easy to work with, communicated well and was very competitively priced.
