Their meat selections included things like Kangaroo, beef, pork, chicken, as well as multiple types of fish and seafood. They were raw and sitting on ice so that it could be as fresh as possible when brought to the cook. The part that really disappointed me was their sushi selection. I was really craving a bigger selection. They had a few rolls (i.e. tuna, California, and shrimp) but none of them really looked that fresh and appealing.
