We altered the pizza a bit and omitted the tuna and replaced with thinly slice red onions that went with roasted peppers, artichokes and mushrooms. We expected it to come all mixed together and we were wrong. Individual sections each having its own veggie. It was fantastic. Highly recommend. Above all else, the view is breathtaking. From the terrace, Lake Como opens beneath you in an immense sweep of blue water, mountains, and tiny towns along the shoreline, giving you an entirely different sense of its scale from what you experience down in Bellagio. Sitting there over lunch, looking across that extraordinary landscape, remains one of my clearest memories from a place that already feels almost impossibly beautiful.
