My family and I came in on a Saturday for lunch. The place was very busy. We noticed only one girl Trinity working register and tables. I would have to say I'm actually impressed. So I figured I go in and get a pizza since I've been on a quest to find good pizza. I got an extra large with half chicken and garlic gourmet and the other half Italian garlic supreme. It was really good and the manager is really nice. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey and that's what keeps me from going more frequently. Made an attempt to call in an order on Sunday evening. After getting a busy signal several times, someone finally picked up and said I called a private home. I dialed the number from the website. Today, which is the following day, I called the same number from the website and received a message saying I he'd reached Round Table and was I picking up or delivery then the line hung up. I called again, and someone picked up the phone and identified himself as "Dave." I asked Dave if I could speak to the manager. He responded yes and told me to hold and that he would connect me to the manager, then the line hung up again. I'm not sure if someone is just playing around, but that is definitely bad for business. My son tried playing 5 different video games and none of them worked. I really wanted to like this place. We came because we recently went to a round table in Rancho Bernardo that had great specials and an all you can eat option. This location didn't have either. So decades ago i worked at Round Table Pizza. It was an early job for me, nothing special, but i always loved the pizza. So today 2/24/22 i dropped into this location. I was greeted by a very nice man named Wayne. He offered me solutions to any pizza decision i might have. I settled on a personal pizza, reg crust, and did the ham and pineapple: i asked for it to be cooked "well done" which is a nice crisp to the regular version. Got it in a timely manner and it was delicious. Ive had better pizzas in my life but for a chain pizza restaurant it was damn good. The service puts this place a notch above the others. The service aspect of society has diminished but not on Waynes watch. He provided a fresh alternative to this day and ages lack of quality service. He was kind, sold the product, and could hold a conversation. Overall great experience and i will definitely return. We Arrived at 1045am. They open at 10:30. The Salad bar was filled and ready. The Pizza was still cooking. The Pizza was out at 11am. The lunch buffet is $9.99 a person then the drinks are $2.29 each. The salad bar is well stocked, everything looked fresh. The Pizza bar had several pizzas, garlic bread, and cinnamon bread. I see people complaining about the pizza. It's pan style pizza, good flavor it's not covered in grease like many pizza places. The Pizza sauce has a nice flavor not overly garlic like many places. All toppings were fresh and delicious. The drink machine offered many choices. The staff was friendly. The restaurant has a Clean, fresh look. There are Regular large booths. Tall booths. And a Long table for seating. There is plenty of seating. They have 6 TVs, a game room for the kids. It Looks like their adding a bar as well. Glad we stopped in to give them a try. Really annoyed of the manager here. Her name was Susan. My family walked in 1 hour prior to them closing. Susan was SOOOO rude. The constant eye rolls to my family, the constant slamming of drawers, the constant attitude of just being rude to us. She even had the nerve to say. I'm just trying to get this place closed down and registers closed. When keep in mind. They were still open for another hour since we have arrived. She obviously hates her job and shouldn't be working for a customer base in the first place. I will most likely take this to higher management because how we were treated is not okay. I LOVE round table but this location is not it. They told us our pizza would be 20 minutes and it wasn't ready for 40 minutes. After finally being able to eat our food we asked for Ranch dressing and the lady asked me how many and we asked for 4 sides of ranch, she brings me two so once that is done I send my husband up to the front to grab more ranch and she walks past him MULTIPLE times without asking him what she could do for him or if he needed anything, since he is shy I did tell him to speak up and ask but the customer service here is just terrible! read more

The pizza here is excellent. The restaurant has been open all through the pandemic, for take out orders. Recently, they started allowing dine-in as well. Overall service of every cashier/associate at the round table location in Murrieta, CA is absolutely awful. They need to either completely get rid of their entire staff and start all over again or get some legitimate customer service training. I have been a long time customer and lover of Round Table and am completely disappointed and astonished by how terrible their customer service employees are. Also on the window there was a sign for 19.99 and really small it said only mon thru Thursday. And when you go in it's over $30.00 dollars for one pizza. Soooo when we first ordered, our order was wrong, we got thin pizza instead of original crust. It even turned out that the crust was tossed too thin, which was why it came out as a thinner crust instead of a thicker crust. The young ladies working offered to fix the pizza and come back with the correct one, but my family and I don't like sending our food back, so we just took the pizza as is. A few moments later the manager, Jorge, came out and asked how we were doing and thanked us for coming in, and even asked how the pizza came out because he had heard that it was done wrong...he chit chatted with us and apologized for the mix up and even said that he would personally work with his cooks to make sure the orders are being made correctly. Then proceeded and insisted to have another pizza made for the inconvenience.
