This Round Table was previously a place to get good pizza but over the last year has turned into quite the gamble. Had multiple bad experiences in a row and I am done gambling, will never eat here again. Definitely not worth the money anymore, could be if it weren't for the people making the food. I've had pizza and breadsticks that turn out burnt or undercooked on many occasions. Pizza with too much sauce, almost 0 sauce, pizza that I was told bubbled up and pushed all the toppings to the middle because it wasn't docked properly and pizzas that were supposed to be large but look like mediums because they said they didn't use enough flour. I was told things that they did wrong with my orders but never even a sorry much less an offer to fix it. If it was just a few times total that this happened I wouldn't have even bothered leaving a review. When you spend about $85 on pizza a few times a month and it's gotten to be 2 out of every 10 times it comes out like it should, then it's officially not a good place for pizza anymore. You either need to drop your prices or take the time to actually train your workers properly. I will definitely never be eating here again. I cannot say enough about how great this place was. During this pandemic eating out has been a scary thing with my son being immune compromised. But he begged for pizza so we decided to give it a shot. I went to pick up their pizza and was very pleased! This location was amazing. We had my daughters birthday party here and it was clean and all of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially a man named Gary. He was extremely tentative and helpful. We will definitely be scheduling more birthdays here. Our only issue we had was that the arcade does game cards instead of quarters and we stopped by the bank and got 5 rolls of quarters on our way to the location and then when we realized we needed cards they wouldn't exchange the rolls of quarters, needless to say my purse is pretty heavy right now. The service is so slow. I've never seen so many employees moving at such a sloth-like pace. There are about 6 people in the kitchen, one at the register. There is no sense of urgency. All Round Tables are not created equal! The management and customer service in Yuba City is horrible. 5 of us came in for lunch. 3 buffets, a pizza and a flatbread were ordered. The flatbread was forgotten. Everyone was done eating and the cashier acknowledged they forgot the flatbread. We asked to have the flatbread comped. The manager, Lizzie sent the cashier To tell us that the manager wanted to speak with us, as if we were going to jump up and run over to her. We asked that she send Lizzie to our table. This place is ok. Went to new location in YUBA CITY. Ordered some pizza for movie night and hubby went to pick up. It was expensive around $75. It was 2 large pies and a 12pc. breadstick. Now the price threw me a little but i was ok with it. What I was NOT ok with is them only giving us like 2 parm cheese packs, and 2 hot pepper packs. No plates (ok) but also like 4 napkins. They said they were running low. Im sorry but when I spend that kind of money on 2 pizzas, I expect at least adequate Parmesan for more than one person. And yes I can go to the store and buy Parmesan but the purpose of eating out is so that I don't have to go to any additional stores. And for $75 they should have that on hand. I had them mess up a big order I had a pizza made wrong and I got none of the xtra ranches I ordered I called and the guy would not offer to re deliver the missing items which included a drink and eight ranches he insisted the pizza was made correctly it looked exactly like another pizza and we are very fimiliar with round table so I knew it wasn't the delivery lady was an older lady and I did not make a fuss but called the next day and they remade my pizza and sent the ranches I never got my drink I have called before so I knew I was lucky they did that if a customer calls because they did not receive there whole order and they are a returning customer and have complained numerous times about missing items I have worked at round table and I know that the staff makes the order but delivery driver should bring ranches and sauces plates ect the store should train the delivery drivers better because When u pick up it's not forgotten the store I managed the delivery always knew if they forgot something and automatically made another trip immediately to bring missing items I don't know if the drivers are not checking the tags or just don't care read more

I had a great experience with this Round Table. On Thursday night I ordered dinner. Due to the high demand of delivery, this round table outsourced the job to door dash. After about an hour and no knock on my door, I called. I asked about my deliver and the sweet young lady I talked to asked me to look outside because door dash delivered it and sometimes they just lay it outside the door. We found our dinner and it was stone cold. I called again and let them know, yes, it was delivered but it was cold. They immediately sent out a new pizza and it was delivered within 20 minutes, with sincere apologies. They made it right even though it was not their problem. But the reason that I'm writing this review is one of the worst nights of service we have had. We pick up our pizza and bring it home. It's the wrong pizza. I call, the girl tells me it's the right pizza. And I have to convince her it's the wrong pizza. I ask if we can get a new pizza. She tells me we have to bring it in and then they will make a new one. I asked if they can start making it now. She said no. I argued, she then said yes they can but it will take 30 minutes. Not the best customer service. The place was not busy, but almost all of the tables were dirty. So we sat in the "party room" I guess you would call it. 3 more family's ended up following suit and also sitting in the party room even at dirty tables. After ourselves and another family were served their food an employee came to each of our tables and asked us to move because they had a party coming in. Usually wouldn't mind this, had we not just been served all of our food. Getting a family including small children all to move, with their drinks and food and attempt to find a suitable table in the middle of dinner is not the easiest task. We ended up just taking our food home. The "manager" that asked us to move was not so professional other than nicely offering to move our food for us. But he didn't seem to know how to handle the situation when we weren't happy. Just a suggestion, when you have a party coming in for a reserved room, have the room cleaned and marked as reserved before letting 4 family's (some being quiet large groups) sit and settle in and even be served their food. Asking customers to move tables in the middle of dinner is not the best customer service. I get it, I work in a restaurant and seating bigger groups can be a hassle. But plan ahead, or at least let your tables know that where they are sitting will need to be cleared and cleaned for a reserved party by a certain time. Food wasn't bad, but definitely not the round table i remembered as a kid. Probably because I hadn't had it in years, but it didn't taste as good as I was expecting.
