This is a large garden centre on a main road between wakefield and pontefract. It sells plants,…read morefish, lots of pet supplies, nice toiletry and food gifts, some toys, and has a large cafe. The best time to visit is at Christmas, as their christmas displays are great, with polar bear scenes, a lovely area with lit-up houses, etc. It's great for young and old to see. When I went recently, they also had a couple of small tables with simple toys on for the children to play with, which I thought was an excellent touch. The cafe is nice enough for a garden centre, although it gets busy and the queues can get very long.
