If you are in need of passport services I'd highly recommend looking for this assistance elsewhere. My daughter and I began working with Julia/Julie at this facility back In February and now almost six months later there has been absolutely no progression on the approval of both our applications whatsoever. This was due to the neglect of leaving a simple signature from the accepting agent to acknowledge that we were processing the application through this particular facility. With that, we are now being penalized and will have to not only begin the application process AGAIN but will also be responsible for all of the fees associated with doing so. I expected that my application would be handled on a professional level with representatives who would perform at an expert level or at minimum be able to carry out the basic operations of their role in the company. I was also under the impression that their was a mutual understanding concerning that the events surrounding this matter were very time sensitive. With this failed execution I feel confident in saying that all of the said promises surrounding what would be offered to the public to obtain passports did not translate very well or yet at all through her work ethic. I understand that mistakes happen but they would happen a lot less if everyone did their due diligence. This is what I expected from Julia, but it is certainly opposite of what I received. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate that the agent was unwilling to accept fault in her actions and the inconvenience she has caused not just centered around the amount of time that this has taken but from a financial standpoint as well. Not to long ago I get a letter in the mail saying " Dear Sir you are behind in your property taxes and they need to be paid . I look at the letter and I do not know what the Heck they are talking about!! So I call the Register of Deeds where this letter came from to inquire about such bill . After taking my name I was put on hold and another person came on the line . This person had a different tone in their voice and I was told that I owe $2200.43 cent on my property taxes ! I said there must be a mistake ! then she said " Alot of people think they should not have to pay!" Ok now I am in my * Lady you are out of your fu....ing mind mode* She says" You owe taxes on the 7 acres of property at such and such address and they have not been paid and we can garnish your wages your taxes and even prevent you from renewing your car tag. I said lady what dam..... property ? I do not own any property at that location!!!! there was silence . I was on hold for a few minutes then the first lady came on she asked me a few questions and she said" there must be a mistake we will take care of it " . I am thinking what did I just go threw right? Was that Sheriff Andy trying to squeeze me for money now I am talking to Barney?Any way hung up thought this little keg party was over! But...About a week later a get another letter this one certified from you know who Sheriff Andy and Barney saying this is your last warning! Are you kidding me? Enough was enough I go down to said office I get a copy of the Deed and plot ( The map of the property ) I figure 7 acres of property for $2200 not a bad price they even had pictures it even has a fence around it . Ok I am sold ! So I take my paper work and get in another line to " Pay" for my property. There was a pretty long line and I guess about maybe 10 people behind me. While I was waiting I tried to speak with everyone in line I told them " Please stick around this will be the funniest thing you have seen today!" And many did ! So now its my turn first I said I want to pay my property taxes I gave the lady the Deed number etc. I asked can you please get your Supervisor? She said " What for?" I said please I may need her help. So the lady rolls her eyes and gets her supervisor .So here is both of them I recognized their voice . I said " You tried to get me to pay some else s persons property tax *raising my voice and talking to the crowd* I called you and explained that I was the wrong person. You said " No problem we will take care of this" Then I get a certified letter saying how you where going to garnish my wages ( And I held up the letter!) So I am here today to pay the taxes on the property that you say I own I already have a copy of the Deed I just need your seal to make it legal . I already have plans for the property, as I turned around looking at everyone. Need less to say Sheriff Andy and Barney WHERE SWEATING LIKE A WHORE AT A BILLY GRAHAM SERMON IN THE FRONT ROW!!! Silence..... 10 people myself and I think about 6 people in the office you could have heard someone " reading a book" it was so quite . I then said I wonder how many other people where treated like this?And I wonder how many people paid? I looked at both of them and said " Do not send me any more threatening letters" And I turned and walked out and about 6 or so people followed me . So the moral here is...No matter what it is RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG Sorry for the length but, I knew this had to be YELPED!!! read more
