Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. The whole experience was more a matter of me communicating to them when I had new medical bills and me asking them questions along the way. They didn't always respond right away, sometimes it took them a few days. Towards the end of the process they were getting a little pushy about me suing my own auto insurance company for a larger payment out of the under-insured portion of my policy; pushy to the point where I had to put my foot down and firmly tell them no. I understand they're trying to get as much as possible for me because the more I get, the more they get, but when I made it clear after the third time of saying no that I didn't want to sue my own auto insurance, they should have dropped the subject.
